Conrade Goode (born January 9, 1962) is an American actor, screenwriter, film producer, musician, artist and former professional American Football player. He was born in Columbia, Missouri and attended Parkway Central High School. He is the stepson of former St. Louis Cardinals football great Irv Goode and the son of former Mizzou All-American Conrad Hitchler.
Conrad Goode, native to the state of Missouri, was born with the burden of aspiration. With his father being a professional football player, failure would not be a concept familiar to him. After going All-American at the University of Missouri, Conrad was drafted in 1984 by the New York Giants. He played for five years until he left the gridiron sport in 1989. Through his years in the NFL, he learned many lessons about life, himself, and the people around him. Grateful for the many experiences the sport of football brought him, his aspiration once again flooded his mind with the drive to succeed. If there could be one trait that surpassed his drive, it would be his imagination.
After receiving his SAG (Scree Actors Guild) card, his acting debut would be with Joe Piscopo in a Miller Lite commercial. In 1990, he would move into episodic television as a bouncer in "The Adventures of Superboy." In 1990, he followed his passions even further and made the move to Los Angeles California.
For the next twenty-two years Conrad would appear in over forty commercials, more than twenty major motion pictures, become a published poet, compose music, and produce his first feature film, "Watercolor Postcards."
For many people, it is believed that you have to come from somewhere special in order to be somebody. Conrad came from Missouri, climbed his way up in New York City, and flourished in Los Angeles. He now resides in Southern California surrounded by his close friends who continue to work with him in the industry and through life.

The film begins with prison inmate Luther speaking directly to the camera to an unseen individual, telling the story of Dizzy Gillespie Harrison, an 18-year-old nerdy high school senior. Dizzy is friends with Nora, Kirk, and Glen, who together started a funk rock band and are addicted to video games. They attend Rocky Creek High School, where Dizzy is picked on by basically everyone, especially star football player Barclay. This occurs before and after sex symbol Tina Osgood holds his hands, causing him to have an erection and ends up activating the trap where the jocks belittle him with no mercy. Dizzy's white briefs were yanked from underneath his pants and placed around his head - revealing the erect penis in plain sight to nearly everyone instead of "covering it." The school librarian would eventually "break" it after Dizzy refuses to "hand" over the "weapon" to her. Dizzy is misdiagnosed with Tourette's syndrome; he is then placed on medication by the school counselor who advises his father to spend every moment possible with him. While at the mall's food court, the heavily medicated Dizzy makes a fool of himself at a church revival and gets arrested.

The story concerns a group of guys who have made a deal to each invest in a fund, which would be paid to the last remaining bachelor of the group. Michael Delaney, a cartoonist, attempts to get the other remaining bachelor, Kyle Brenner, married to a statuesque policewoman who Kyle said was the one that got away, so Michael can claim the fund to pay off a gambling debt. Unfortunately, the policewoman Kyle is trying to marry is the woman Michael has fallen in love with, Officer Natalie Parker. Former Army Ranger Cameron Poe is sentenced to prison for manslaughter for using excessive force on a drunk man while trying to protect his pregnant wife Tricia. Poe is paroled eight years later, and is to be released after being flown to Alabama on the Jailbird, a C-123K transport prison aircraft. Along with Poe are several other prisoners including his diabetic cellmate and friend Mike "Baby-O" O'Dell, who is being transferred (but not yet paroled) with Poe. The transfer is being overseen by U.S. Marshal Vince Larkin, as the transfer includes notorious criminal mastermind Cyrus "Cyrus The Virus" Grissom, gangster and Black Guerrilla member Nathan "Diamond Dog" Jones and mass murderer William "Billy Bedlam" Bedford for their transfer to a new Supermax prison. Larkin is approached at the last minute by DEA agents Duncan Malloy and Willie Sims, who ask for Sims to be brought aboard disguised as a prisoner so that he can extract more information from drug lord Francisco Cindino, a prisoner that is to be picked up at Carson City, Nevada en route. A clan of ninjas finds an abandoned chest that has been washed onto shore, and find a white baby inside. One of their ancient legends spoke of a white foreigner male who would come among the ninja and become a master like no other would. The boy, Haru (Chris Farley), is raised amongst the ninja, with the expectation that he may be the one of whom the legend speaks. As Haru grows into adulthood, doubts are quickly cast over him for being the great white ninja. Despite not possessing any ninja traits, Haru is clumsy and fails to graduate a ninja with the rest of his class. Left alone to protect the temple while the clan are on a mission, Haru disguises himself as a ninja when an American woman whose real name is Alison Page but calls herself "Sally Jones" (Nicollette Sheridan), comes to the temple to seek assistance. Sally says she is suspicious of her boyfriend, Martin Tanley (Nathaniel Parker), and asks Haru to investigate. Haru finds out that Tanley and his bodyguard, Nobu (Keith Cooke Hirabayashi) are involved in a money counterfeiting business, but cannot find Sally to tell her.
