Emilio Vieyra (12 October 1920 – 25 January 2010), sometimes credited as Raúl Zorrilla, was an Argentine film director, actor, screenwriter and film producer, between 1950 and the 1990s. He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He began as an actor in 1950 in the film Hombres a precio and appeared in Ayer fue primavera in 1955. As an actor he appeared in such Gothic horror films as Sangre de vírgenes (1967), La Bestia desnuda (1971), La Gran aventura (1974), Ángel, la Diva y Yo (1999), and Cargo de conciencia (2005) which was his last acting role.

Vieyra began as a film director in 1962 and is most credited in this area of Argentine cinema. He inaugurated his directing career with Dr. Cándido Pérez, señoras in 1962, followed by the sci-fi film Extraña invasión in 1965. He retired from filmmaking in 2005 and died in 2010, aged 89.

Ofelia's wedding day is approaching and she is to be married to Eduardo. She has some pre-wedding jitters during a meeting with her lover Gustavo but decides to tie the knot anyway. On her wedding night, Gustavo shows up in their room, murders Eduardo, and proceeds to turn Ofelia into a vampire so that they can be together forever. In the present day 1960's, a group of young men and women take shelter in an abandoned lodge after their van breaks down. Soon, Ofelia appears and seduces one of the guys and meanwhile the girls go missing. It is up to the other guys to figure out what is happening and Ofelia must make a decision as to how much longer she can continue with her cursed life.

Harry "El Caliente" and Billy "El Frío" (Jorge Martínez and Ricardo Espalter) are two successful detectives, hired directly from the United States to solve a series of gold robberies from coaches owned by the Argentine Gold Mining Company. They are "spaghetti western" type cowboys, who are helped by four mysterious riders dressed in white overcoats and white hats (played by Enrique Almada, Eduardo D'Angelo, Andrés Redondo and Berugo Carámbula).
