Eyþór Guðjónsson (born February 5, 1968), often anglicized as Eythor Gudjonsson, is an Icelandic actor. He stands 6'3" (1.91 m) tall.

He got his first big role in the 2005 horror movie Hostel, where he plays an Icelandic backpacker named Óli, famous for his catchphrase "King of the Swing", traveling through Europe with American backpackers Paxton (Jay Hernandez) and Josh (Derek Richardson) where they get lured to a Slovakian hostel with a gruesome secret. Eli Roth wrote the role of Óli for Eyþór. He had never acted a single day before "Hostel," but Roth found him so charismatic and charming he created the role to prove to the world that anyone could be a movie star if they had the right charisma. Eyþór proved to be very popular with audiences and critics in America and around the world. Hostel was written and directed by Eli Roth, and produced by Quentin Tarantino. Eyþór was an assistant producer on Hostel: Part II. Eyþór opened an activity park in Reykjavik in 2009. Eyþór is also producing and hosting his own television show for families, which launched 18 September 2009.

College students Paxton (Jay Hernandez) and Josh (Derek Richardson) are traveling across Europe with their Icelandic friend Óli (Eyþór Guðjónsson). In Amsterdam, the three meet a man named Alexei (Lubomir Bukovy), who convinces them to visit a hostel in Slovakia filled with beautiful women. The three board a train to Slovakia, where they encounter a strange Dutch businessman (Jan Vlasák). When they arrive at the hostel, they are greeted by Natalya (Barbara Nedeljáková) and Svetlana (Jana Kaderabkova), who invite them to the spa, and later to the disco. That night, Paxton and Josh sleep with Natalya and Svetlana, while Óli sleeps with the desk girl, Vala (Jana Havlickova). The next morning, they are surprised to see that Óli hasn't returned, and they are unable to contact him. They are later approached by a Japanese girl named Kana (Jennifer Lim), who shows them a photo of Óli and her friend Yuki (Keiko Seiko), who has strangely disappeared as well.

Shortly after the events of Hostel, Paxton (Jay Hernandez) is suffering from nightmares and lives in seclusion with his girlfriend Stephanie (Jordan Ladd). The two get into an argument where Stephanie denounces Paxton's paranoia as exaggerated and insufferable. She wakes up the next morning to find Paxton decapitated. An unmarked box (presumably containing Paxton's severed head) is then delivered to Elite Hunting boss Sasha (Milan Kňažko), as he relaxes at an outdoor cafe.
