Biography

Rogow was born in Kissimmee, Florida, his father Stan Rogow had left his family while Rogow was still a baby taking his eldest son Woody with him. Rogow did not met his father until the age of 12 his family later moved to California to attend high school.He was in a relationship with actress and Dude, What Would Happen co star Lucy Young An actress when they dated on the set of dude what would happen until they broke up in 2010. He later dated Kelly Isabella a Socialite. He attended Los Angeles High School in Los Angeles, California and graduated at Los Angeles County High School for the Arts as of 2014 Rogow is Currently attending University of South Florida.

The film begins as Lizzie McGuire (Hilary Duff) prepares for her junior-high graduation with her best friend, David "Gordo" Gordon (Adam Lamberg). During the ceremony, Lizzie trips onstage and accidentally brings the curtain down on her fellow graduates; this causes her to be teased by her ex-best friend, Kate Sanders (Ashlie Brillault), and her younger brother Matt (Jake Thomas). After graduation, Lizzie and her class embark on a trip to Rome chaperoned by their future high school principal, Angela Ungermeyer (Alex Borstein). To their dismay, Lizzie and Kate are assigned to the same hotel room.
