Jacob Adam "Jake" McLaughlin (born October 7, 1982) is an American actor. He is most famous for playing Gordon Bonner in Paul Haggis's In the Valley of Elah. McLaughlin starred as Tate in the short lived Spring 2014 NBC series Believe. He is currently co-starring as Agent Ryan Booth in the 2015 ABC drama series Quantico.
