Jil Hardin is an American film producer and owner of the production company Source Pictures Inc., based in Los Angeles, CA. She was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN.

After attending college at American University in Washington D.C., she settled in Los Angeles in 1994 and began her career in the film industry on the VH1 television show, Naked Cafe. From there she became staff in the commercial division of Palomar Pictures; a commercial production house that groomed and represented directors such as Gore Verbinski, Jean-Baptiste Mondino, Melodie McDaniel, Neil Abramson and Keir McFarlane.

She began producing music videos in 1999 and has worked with artists such as Lady Gaga, Beyoncé Knowles, Jennifer Lopez,Christina Aguilera, Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Avril Lavigne, Justin Timberlake, Muse (band), Foo Fighters and Usher. Directors she has worked with include Salma Hayek, Sam Jones, Chris Robinson, Rankin (photographer) Steven Klein, Ray Kay, Little X, Darren Grant, Marcus Raboy, Melina Matsoukas, and P. R. Brown. and Anthony Mandler

Currently she is living in New York City, and continues producing and developing television and motion picture projects through Source Pictures and on a freelance basis.
