James T. Williams II, better known as Jim Titus, is a North American Film and Television Actor.

Titus is the son of James T. Williams Sr. and Film & Television make-up artist Ellie Winslow. He has appeared in television shows, including FOX's The Mindy Project, NBC's Heroes, ABC's My Wife and Kids, Nickelodeon's Taina, and CBS' Without A Trace & Judging Amy. In 2003 Jim had a recurring role as "Officer Marvin Bryson" on the NBC hit Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. In 2010, he was cast as recurring Guest Star "Officer Barry Maple" on ABC Family's #1 hit "Pretty Little Liars"

Titus has also appeared in films, including Gus Van Sant's critically acclaimed Finding Forrester and several independent films, including the Sundance Film Festival Official Selections Rhythm of the Saints, and This Revolution.

In 1932, the dawn of the Great Depression, a young baseball fan Yankee Irving (Jake T. Jake Cassevetes (Nathan Crooker) is a world-renowned cameraman who has just arrived back from being embedded during the U.S. invasion of Iraq. Jake does not buy into the theory of a corporate-controlled press. Though, after having much of his best footage in Iraq censored by the network, Jake is growing disillusioned with his corporate masters. During this, Jake befriends a boy (Brett DelBuono) and in time meets his mother, Tina Santiago (Rosario Dawson), a pretty young widow whose husband died while serving in Iraq, with whom he forms a close bond.

Sixteen-year-old Jamal Wallace (Rob Brown) plays basketball with his friends in New York. A recluse, William Forrester (Sean Connery), lives on the top floor of the building across from the court. The kids regularly notice him watching them. One of the boys dares Jamal to sneak into the apartment and retrieve an item. Jamal takes a letter opener only to be surprised by Forrester and inadvertently leaves his backpack behind. Forrester later drops Jamal's backpack onto the street. Jamal goes home to find that Forrester wrote notes in his journals. Jamal returns to Forrester's apartment and asks him to read more of his writing. Forrester tells him to begin with 5,000 words on why Jamal should "stay the fuck out of my home", which he completes and leaves on the doorstep the following day.
