John Michael Bolger (born June 27, 1956) is an American actor who resides in the Hell's Kitchen area of Manhattan's Westside.
Bolger can be seen in the 2009 summer release of Michael Mann's Public Enemies, portraying 1930s East Chicago, Indiana Detective Martin Zarkovich. Public Enemies stars Johnny Depp, Christian Bale, Branka Katic and Marion Cotillard. Universal's film was released July 1, 2009 in the US and in the UK.
Most recently Bolger has been seen on television in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Law & Order: Criminal Intent and Blind Justice. Bolger is perhaps most well known for his three-season run in the NBC hit series Third Watch where series fans know him as FDNY Lieutenant Johnson. His television credits span twenty years and include NYPD Blue, Brooklyn South, Beauty and the Beast and ER among others. Bolger has been seen in the films Carlito's Way (starring Al Pacino) and Twins (starring Danny DeVito and Arnold Schwarzenegger). Bolger starred in several independently released films including Rounding First, Closer to Home, and Artists of Hell's Kitchen.

Howard Stern boards a flight home following an appearance at the MTV Music Video Awards as his alter-ego, "Fartman". He finds himself seated next to Gloria (Carol Alt), who is visibly repulsed by him. He begins to tell his life story in his mind from his childhood, explaining the verbal abuse he received from his father Ben (Richard Portnow). Stern dreams of being on the radio after going to work with his father, a recording engineer, and grows up to be a quiet, socially awkward teenager. He then studies communications at Boston University, where he becomes a disc jockey at WTBU, the college radio station. He meets and becomes close to Alison (Mary McCormack), the girl of his dreams before graduating. It is 1977, and Howard works at WRNW in Briarcliff Manor, New York. He gets promoted to program director, where his increase in salary allows him to marry Alison. After being forced to fire a fellow DJ, he quits the station.

In New York City in 1975, after serving only five years of a 30-year prison sentence, Carlito Brigante is freed on a legal technicality exploited by his lawyer, Dave Kleinfeld, infuriating the district attorney. Brigante returns to his old neighborhood of Spanish Harlem, where he reconnects with old associates. Although he vows that he is finished with crime, Brigante is persuaded to accompany his cousin Guajiro to a drug deal at a bar. Guajiro is betrayed and killed while Brigante is forced to shoot his way out. He takes Guajiro's money and uses it to buy into a nightclub, with the intent of saving $75,000 to retire to the Caribbean.

Julius Benedict (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and Vincent Benedict (Danny DeVito) are fraternal twins, the results of a secret experiment carried out at a genetics laboratory to produce the perfect child. To the surprise of the scientists, the embryo split and twins were born. The mother, Mary Ann Benedict, was told that Julius died at birth, and not told about Vincent at all.
