Karen Mae Reyes (born October 17, 1996) is a Filipino actress. On July 7, 2012, she was declared Second Big Placer of Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition 4. She is a typical teenager in her hometown Calapan, Oriental Mindoro before joining the biggest reality show in the Philippines Pinoy Big Brother and finished as the second teen big placer next to Myrtle Sarrosa. Karen Reyes is currently managed and under contract to Star Magic, ABS-CBN's home based talent agency. Reyes is currently member of Star Magic Angels with Sarrosa, Aiko Climaco, Jed Montero and Shey Bustamante.
Biography
Karen Mae Reyes was originally from Makati City until she and her family moved to Calapan, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. Reyes was born to an OFW father who is now deceased, and a carinderia cook/ entrepreneur mother, Ms. Claire Reyes
She might have been the strongest, most noticeable personality inside the PBB Teen house but 15-year-old Karen Reyes could also very well be the toughest. At her early age, Reyes was an orphan to her father, Her father died of a traffic incident. She was a junior high school student at Jose J. Leido Jr. Memorial National High School in Calapan before she joined PBB Teens.
Her pretty face, being likened to that of a young Lorna Tolentino, has given her a newfound fame. Her dream is to finish high school and pursue a course in Tourism in college. Reyes is still a simple girl with simple joys, someone who enjoys texting, playing computer games, eating, and sleeping. Aside from dancing, She has also acquired the talent of seducing the camera when posing for pictures. Reyes idolizes actress Angel Locsin and she is open to any acting job.
