Laura Bailey (born 6 August 1972) is an English model and writer. Born in London, England, she has modelled campaigns for Guess jeans, L'Oreal, Jaguar, Jaeger, Marks and Spencer, Bella Freud, Radley and Temperley London. Bailey also works as a writer and has written for Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Vanity Fair, Glamour, The Independent, The Daily Telegraph and The Sunday Times. She is a Cultural Ambassador for the British Fashion Council and an Ambassador for Oxfam. In September 2011, Bailey was announced as a contributing editor to British Vogue. She also writes a blog for Vogue.co.uk
Laura is Creative Director of jewellery concept label Loquet London that was launched in June 2013 alongside her friend and founder of the label Sheherazade Goldsmith.
Laura has also produced and starred in a number of short films for fashion labels including Bella Freud, Solange Azagury-Partridge, Trager Delaney, and Shrimps.
She went to Wheatley Park School near Oxford, and later studied English at the University of Southampton, receiving first-class honours.
She lives in London and has two children with her partner Eric Fellner: a son Luc and a daughter Lola Tiger. She was the daughter of Oxford University academic Peter Birks.

Matty is an actor and popular film star who is tired of Hollywood life and moves to Miami, where he makes a marriage proposal to his French girlfriend Annie. She is not ready to marry him, and it is revealed that she had an abortion. Depressed because he lost his baby (though it was him who initially asked for abortion), Matty, together with his friend Micky, go out a wild night. At a nightclub, they meet a young waitress also named Annie and in the end of the night Matty passes out. A year and a half later, Matty lives in New York, leads a clean life visiting AA meetings and has a relationship with an attractive model named Susan. He is still obsessed with his former girlfriend Annie, and about the mysterious missing part of his night back in Miami. Matty travels back to Miami to look up some old friends as well as try to find Annie 2 (the waitress) who vanished without a trace. Matty eventually learns that some secrets from his past are best left unanswered.
