Leroy Casey (born January 22, 1973, The Bronx, New York) (originally known as Twist, also known as Casey Lee) served as DJ for the sketch comedy series In Living Color, from 1991 until 1994. He also appeared in the Keenen Ivory Wayans film A Low Down Dirty Shame (1994) as a young police officer, the Wayans Brothers comedy White Chicks (2004) as Tony, along with actor Terry Crews (of the UPN series Everybody Hates Chris), and in Dance Flick (2009) as the undercover police officer who arrests a student who was freestyling about a murder he committed. Casey, who has been friends with Shawn Wayans since childhood, also appeared with Shawn and Marlon Wayans in a guest appearance in an episode of the WB comedy The Wayans Bros. (he was credited as Casey Lee), UPN's In the House, opposite LL Cool J, and ABC-TV crime drama series NYPD Blue.
Casey starred in a buddy cop comedy feature film, titled CarrMell Sunday, as Detective Chris Mell, a gambling addict. As of late November 2012, the film was due to be released on Hulu, Netflix, and Video On Demand around late 2012 or early 2013.
Casey presently appears in an Internet series titled Punanny Diaries, as the character "James".

Suburban girl Megan (Shoshana Bush) gets into a series of misadventures when she moves to the inner-city and pursues dance. The plot begins in a convenience store where two FBI agents and brothers, Kevin Copeland and Marcus Copeland (Shawn and Marlon Wayans), try to capture members of an organization that sells drugs inside ice cream boxes, posing as dominican clerks. Unfortunately, the first arrival turns out to be a genuine ice cream delivery, and the actual drug dealers manage to get away. The situation is worsened by the fact that Kevin and Marcus have decided to resolve this bust by themselves.

Carmen Brown (Beyoncé Knowles) is a seductive, aspiring actress who mistakenly causes trouble everywhere she goes. She gets involved with Sgt. Derek Hill (Mekhi Phifer), who is engaged to the cocktail waitress, Caela (Reagan Gomez-Preston). At Lou's Bar, Carmen gets into a fight with a jealous woman. Hill's superior, Lieutenant Miller (Mos Def) orders Hill to bring Carmen to jail. Carmen tries unsuccessfully to seduce Hill, but she convinces him to let her stop at her apartment to put her mother's ring in a safe place so it does not get stolen in jail. There, she puts on lingerie and wins him over. He is caught in the morning (with Carmen nowhere to be found) by Lieutenant Miller (who is now revealed to be a crooked cop), who brings Caela with him as he arrests Hill. Caela slaps Hill and tells him she hates him.
