Madhunandan(Telugu: మధునందన్) is a Telugu comedian and actor.He started film career from Telugu movie, Nuvvu Nenu.He has been in film industry since 19 years old.He did Masters in Business Administration from Osmania University,Later on relocated to U.S.A.Nitin confirmed his role in Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde,which brought him first success and a new start.

Sirish (Allu Sirish) is a selfish guy and does anything for money. Suvarna (Regina Cassandra) is a practical girl who is fond of making money. Both of them are summoned to work together in a TV channel in Hyderabad. Their target is to take that sinking channel to the top. They start a new program called Kotha Janta where they marry off couples who are caught in strange situations. After marrying off the first couple, they realise that the girl belongs to a powerful politician’s family. Sirish and Suvarna start having differences as the politician chase them. The rest of the story is all about how they realize that they are made for each other.

Shrinivas a.k.a. Sreenu is a wannabe film director who wants to get a Nandi award for a story he has. He faces many ridicules from different producers, including one (Raghu Babu) who tries to make him add dirty scenes into the film and another lady (Jhansi) who tells that everybody in her family and outside including cooks and cleaners have to like the story if she has to produce it.

Karthik (Nithiin) is a carefree guy who believes in "one should make their own decisions" funda. At his friend Pandu's (Ali) wedding reception, he sees Sruthi (Isha Talwar) and falls for her at first sight. He asks Pandu's wife to find out about Sruthi. After Pandu's wife gives Sruthi's number to Pandu and asks him to convey that to Karthik, a miscommunication between Karthik and Pandu leads to Karthik calling Sravani (Nithya Menen). Karthik mistakes Sravani for Sruthi and talks to her over the phone. Unbeknownst to him, Sravani knows who Karthik is and develops an interest towards him. A series of events clears Karthik's confusion and everything is revealed. Meanwhile Karthik helps his friend Madhu (Madhunandan) in gaining a girl's attention, who is none other than Sruti. Sruthi falls for Madhu. A series of comedies lead to Madhu doubting Sruti and their relationship is at stake. Later they will unite. Meanwhile, Sravani plans to avenge the deception and pain that Karthik put her through. She gains employment as Karthik's boss and decides to put him through the same hardships. However, towards the end, Karthik wants to propose to his boss(Sravani) and Sravani is ready to reject his proposal to avenge her pain. Just before he proposes, Karthik realizes he is truly in love with his phone friend Sravani and runs to her house to plead her forgiveness. There he sees Sravani and both unite with a hug.
