Meher Ramesh is a film writer, director and actor. He is a cousin of actor Chiranjeevi. Ramesh gave a cameo with Mahesh Babu in a Telugu movie named Bobby in 2002. He collaborated with actor Prabhas Raju Uppalapati and remade Billa in Telugu. His latest venture, Shadow was a failure at the box office. Eventhough he has a separate taking style, none of his movies fared well at the box office.

Yadagiri (Prakash Raj) is a handicapped mafia leader in Hyderabad and KR (Raghuvaran) is a rich business man. Bhagyamati(Aarthi Agarwal) is daughter of Yadagiri. Bobby(Mahesh) is son of KR. The story of this film deals with what happens when these two kids fall in love with each other. Bobby meets Bhagyamati in a club and falls in love with her. They later find out that their fathers are arch rivals. Bhagyamati's mother was killed in an accident involving their fathers. Knowing this Bobby and Bhagyamati elope. But due to unavoidable circumstances they come back and are injured in a bomb blast. Then their fathers apologize and make up and in the end Bobby and Bhagyamati are married.

Rajaram (Venkatesh) is the son of Raghuram (Naga Babu), an investigative journalist in a United Nations agency. He infiltrates the criminal organization of Nana Bhai (Aditya Pancholi) and earns his trust. He gathers proof against the activities of Nana and hands them over to newspaper publisher Chaitanya Prasad alias CP (Sayaji Shinde). This is discovered by Nana Bhai and he murders Raghuram in an exceedingly brutal manner. He additionally destroys Raghuram's family. Rajaram manages to flee from the Massacre and vows to get revenge on Nana. With the assistance of Baba (Nassar), Rajaram grows up to be a strong young man. Aishwarya (Ileana D'Cruz) is the daughter of central union home minister Raya (Prabhu Ganesan). Due to some reason, he doesn't allow his daughter to go on a trip with friends. She nonetheless goes to the trip. She then meets a guide, Shakti (Jr. NTR), who takes the group on a trip to several places. At first, she hates him because he uses every chance to get money from her. But when he saves her, she starts liking him. Afterwards, a few people who are chasing her finally find her in Haridwar and try to kill Shakti as he hurt'd them earlier. Their plan fails as Shakti turns out to be a Secret Agent and defends himself and catches the main person in this plan. When Aishwarya goes back to her father, he forgives her and asks whether she had taken a box in which there is a diamond. When she replies in the negative, he says that it is more important than his own daughter. Later, when Shakti goes to a temple, the diamond box falls off a basket his mother brought with flowers on top of it. They inform Mahadevaya who asks them to immediately come to Humpy with the box and Aishwarya. Their travel is blocked by a strong man who is then defeated by Shakti. He then kills one more person who tries to grab the box. Then Mahadeva Raya and a Swami (Nassar) come to him and then the flashback is revealed.
