Mildred Kornman (born July 10, 1925), also known as Ricki VanDusen, is a former American child actress.

Mildred, the younger sister of Mary Kornman, leading lady of the silent film Our Gang series, was featured as a regular in the series from 1926–1928 and made more appearances from 1929 until 1935. She had no speaking roles and appeared when many children were needed for a scene such as a classroom. Mildred appeared in many Our Gang shorts, known as a short subject, and later achieved fame as an adult fashion model under the name Ricki VanDusen. Both Mildred and Mary are the daughters of Eugene Kornman, a still photographer at Hal Roach Studios. Verna Kornman, Eugene's wife and mother of the sisters, also appeared in several films.

Anxious to go fishing, Spanky skips out of Sunday school, despite the admonitions of his pals Alfalfa, Mildred, Sidney, and Marianne that "Something's going to happen to you." Actually, everything happens to Spanky and his kid brother (Eugene "Porky" Lee) in the course of the morning. Chased out of a private estate by cantankerous caretaker, the two boys wander into a dark, mysterious woods just as an eclipse occurs and at the same time a large group of black worshippers are holding a mass baptism ceremony. Some now insist on seeing the baptism and background singing of the Negro spiritual "I am leaning on the Lord", which contains the words: "Why don't you come out of the wilderness" as a racist stereotype. They miss the point that this story had a religious casting, Spanky skipping church, and going into the "wilderness". At worst it is an internal pun on the plot. The song is performed well and was most likely not intended to denigrate anyone.

It is the first day of school, and the gang is less-than-happy about it. Their beloved teacher, Miss McGillicuddy, got married, and now the kids will have a new teacher for the upcoming school year. The kids know not what the new teacher will look like, only her name, a rather pungent moniker of "Miss Crabtree". They imagine this "Miss Crabtree" to be a dried-up old hag, and concoct a plan to disrupt the class with items such as a white mouse, red ants, and sneezing powder. Then, the kids are to have their younger siblings — Wheezer, Dorothy, and Hercules — come in and tell Miss Crabtree that they need to be excused to go home ..."and then, we're all goin' swimmin'!"
