Patricia Elliott (born July 21, 1942, Gunnison, Colorado) is an American actress. She graduated from South High School, Denver.

With many appearances on television, film and stage, Elliott is best known for her longtime portrayal of fictional character Renée Divine Buchanan on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live, a role she has played in extended stints off-and-on during every year between 1987 and 2011.

Elliott won a Tony for her performance as Countess Charlotte Malcolm in the Stephen Sondheim musical A Little Night Music. She played the role of Dorine in the 1977 Tony-nominated Circle in the Square revival of Molière's Tartuffe for which she was nominated for a Drama Desk Award. She reprised her role when the production was restaged for television on PBS in 1978.

She was briefly married to Peter Heath.

Eddie Bob, a struggling animal trainer and widower dad, is an assistant animal trainer to Sal DeMarco, an untalented, egocentric animal show host. Both men have been hired to train the animals for a film called Frizzy, The Bichon Frise: Sal as the dog handler, and Eddie is given only the responsibility of training the lizard. When Frizzy is kidnapped, Sal quickly claims that Eddie was responsible for the dog handling. Eddie is promptly fired. The director refuses to pay the ransom and decides to instead hold auditions for the new Frizzy.
