Il a été élève au Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique dans la classe de Louis Seigner (Promo 1973).
Il est surtout connu du grand public par son rôle de l'inspecteur Fabre, adjoint du commissaire Faroux et ennemi juré du héros dans la série télévisée Nestor Burma. Il prête également sa voix à de nombreux acteurs et personnages de dessins animés, tels Daffy Duck (succédant à Pierre Trabaud), Sylvestre le chat (succédant à Georges Aminel), Fantasio ou Ned Flanders dans Les Simpson (et plusieurs autres personnages).
Avant son décès, Patrick Guillemin avait doublé le personnage de Daffy Duck dans les sept premiers épisodes de la série Looney Tunes Show. Il a été remplacé par Emmanuel Garijo. Concernant Sylvestre, Patrick Préjean a pris le relais.
Il continuait cependant à doubler Daffy Duck, Vil Coyote et Taz.
Il a été restaurateur à Charenton, dans le Val-de-Marne.

Biography
À partir de la fin des années 1980, Patrick Guillemin devient la voix officielle de nombreux Looney Tunes (à l'exception de Bugs Bunny et Titi) jusqu'à un changement de distribution en 1996.Il continuait cependant à doubler Daffy Duck, Vil Coyote et Taz.
Il a été restaurateur à Charenton, dans le Val-de-Marne.

In 1912 New Orleans, a seamstress named Eudora is reading the story of The Frog Prince to her daughter, Tiana, and her friend, Charlotte La Bouff. The film opens with narration from Kuzco, a teenage Inca emperor who has been transformed into a llama. He tells the story of how his life as a ruler used to be and how it was ruined "for no reason". However, in his flashback he is shown to have been rude and narcisissitic, albeit charismatic. He even goes so far as insulting the appearances of potential brides and throwing an old man out the window for "throwing off his groove." After Kuzko fires his conniving advisor, Yzma, for abusing her power, she comes up with a scheme to usurp the throne with the help of Kronk, her dim-witted but jovial henchman. Meanwhile, Kuzco meets with Pacha, a kind peasant and village leader, and tells him that he wants to demolish his hilltop family home to build himself a lavish summer home called "Kuzcotopia". Pacha protests, but is dismissed.

Martin, onze ans, est un petit garçon très maladroit qui provoque de nombreuses catastrophes malgré lui. The Great Gonzo has always been identified as a "whatever". But after he begins having disturbing dreams of abandonment and rejection, he begins to realize just how alone he is in the world. Derek's and Odette's kingdom is preparing a celebratory Festival Days. Unknown to them, the wicked witch Zelda, who was once a partner of the evil sorcerer Rothbart, plans to wreak havoc to their kingdom by stealing Rothbart's notes on the Forbidden Arts. As part of her plan, she captures a yakey-bird named Whizzer who has the ability to imitate any voice after hearing it only once. Zelda's magical abilities are limited, but she can create a "seeker," a magical fireball that can home in on anyone she commands it to. Threatening his life with this ability, she sends Whizzer to the Swan Lake castle as a spy. In 1916, Tsar Nicholas II hosts a ball at the Catherine Palace to celebrate the Romanov tricentennial. His mother, the Dowager Empress Marie Feodorovna, is visiting from Paris and gives a music box and a necklace inscribed with the words “Together in Paris” as parting gifts to her youngest granddaughter, eight-year-old Grand Duchess Anastasia. The ball is suddenly interrupted by the sorcerer Grigori Rasputin, the former royal advisor of the Romanovs until he was banished by Nicholas II for treason. In retaliation, Rasputin sells his soul in exchange for an unholy reliquary, which he uses to place a curse on the Romanov family, sparking the Russian Revolution. Only Marie and Anastasia are able to escape the ensuing siege of the palace, thanks to a young servant boy named Dimitri who shows them a secret passageway in Anastasia's room. Rasputin confronts the two royals outside, only to fall through the ice and freeze to death. The pair manage to reach a moving train, but only Marie climbs aboard while Anastasia falls, hitting her head on the platform.

It has been one year since the events of The Swan Princess, but Derek and Odette's anniversary is interrupted by the vandalism of Knuckles, minion of the wizard Clavius. Clavius was the partner of Rothbart, villain of the previous film; the pair conquered the Forbidden Arts together until Rothbart drove Clavius underground after betraying their partnership. Clavius now wants to claim the magical orb of the Forbidden Arts that is located somewhere in Swan Lake castle, which has become the new home of Derek and Odette. Clavius has Knuckles to perform acts of vandalism in the kingdom that keep Derek busy and makes him neglect both Odette and Uberta.

In 1993, professional basketball player Michael Jordan announces his retirement from the sport to follow his late father’s career as a baseball player.
