Martin "Marty" Barnes, a neurotic businessman (director-writer Mike Binder) who works as a building contractor in Los Angeles, tries to improve his sex life with his wife Laura (Mariel Hemingway) by encouraging her to have a threesome involving another woman. Though Marty is fortunate enough to find that Laura likes the idea, he does not count on her decision that she not only has no need of her husband for enjoyment with ladies but also ends up actually preferring them to men. Nor does he anticipate her becoming a sexual tigress who seduces every female she encounters, including even Marty's own secretary.

Blake (Hulk Hogan), is a self-made millionaire who sells propecia against his workers and whilst on the way to a cage match one day. Chased by the police, he drives recklessly in his car to a shopping mall and hides out inside, changing into a Santa Claus costume. He slides down a garbage chute to escape the police and bangs his head to get amnesia. Mistaken by Lenny (Don Stark) as the mall Santa, Blake begins to think he is Santa Claus. Air Force courier Nick Corrigan is sent to deliver a message to a nuclear missile base in a remote corner of the Midwest. The Federation Starship Enterprise returns to Earth following a battle with the superhuman Khan Noonien Singh, who tried to destroy the Enterprise by detonating an experimental terraforming device known as Genesis. The casualties of the fight include Admiral James T. Kirk's Vulcan friend, Spock, whose casket was launched into space and eventually landed on the planet created by the Genesis Device. On arriving at Earth Spacedock, Doctor Leonard McCoy begins to act strangely and is detained. Starfleet Admiral Morrow visits the Enterprise and informs the crew the ship is to be decommissioned; the crew is ordered not to speak about Genesis due to political fallout over the device.
