Ronnie Claire Edwards (born February 9, 1933) is an American actress. She is best known for playing Corabeth Walton Godsey on the TV show The Waltons.
Edwards was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She has been acting professionally since 1963 and is best known for the role of the domineering Corabeth Walton Godsey, the wife of storekeeper Ike Godsey played by Joe Conley, in the CBS television series The Waltons, created by Earl Hamner, Jr. She also appeared as Charlene Frazier Stillfield's mother, Ione Frazier, in an episode of CBS's Designing Women.
Edwards played Aunt Dolly in Hamner's series Boone, which aired on NBC from 1983–1984. Her principal costars were Tom Byrd as Boone Sawyer, an aspiring singer, and Barry Corbin as Boone's skeptical father, Merit Sawyer. She also co-starred in the 1985 NBC series Sara opposite Geena Davis.
Edwards also briefly appeared on an episode of PBS's Antiques Roadshow (2008) from Dallas, Texas, when she brought in for appraisal a chair formerly owned by P. T. Barnum.
She also appeared in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Thine Own Self" and the 1999 remake of Inherit The Wind.

Fame finally catches up with Harry Callahan. His testimony against crime kingpin Lou Janero puts the mobster in prison and Callahan on the cover of San Francisco Magazine as the city's ace crime fighter. Callahan is attacked by Janero's men at a turnoff near the San Francisco – Oakland Bay Bridge while driving. He knocks down one with his car and shoots the remaining men dead. It's the summer of 1937 in Bridgeport, Connecticut and 12-year-old Daniel Cooper (Chris Petersen) along with his 10-year-old sister Sarah (Katy Kurtzman) are looking forward to summer vacation, most particularly, the annual 4th of July festivities. Sarah soon befriends the town's gentle misfit, Albert Cavanaugh, known by the town's children as "Snowman" (Geoffrey Lewis), a highly decorated and now brain-damaged World War I veteran, after she defends him from the town's resident bully, "Red" Doyle (Eric Shea). When Snowman finds himself accused of a terrible murder, Sarah, believing him to be innocent, convinces her successful attorney father, Ed Cooper (Dean Jones) to defend him. Amid courtroom allegations of communism and insinuations of a potentially inappropriate relationship with Sarah, Ed Cooper and the town's children must try to prove Snowman's innocence, before he can be sentenced to jail for the murder.
