Un artiste acrobate de cirque accompagne en Inde le fils d'un PDG récemment décédé pour récupérer son testament. Son oncle envoie de nombreux voyous pour les éliminer, mais par chance et grâce aux acrobates de cirque, le jeune héritier de la société échappe à la mort. Kalyan Sinha is a corrupt IPS officer who gets himself transferred to Hyderabad and misuses his power to gain monetary benefits in unorthodox methods. During this process, he also encourages a local MP named GK who has become a huge headache to Murali Krishna, the DGP of Hyderabad. Kalyan happens to be Murali's son who is angry on the latter as his supposed negligence killed his mother and just born sister, though Murali actually left his wife in the hospital to save several families in a riot. Unaware of this, Kalyan left Murali and joined an orphanage and became an IPS officer to seek revenge on his father. During his life at Hyderabad, Kalyan also meets two women - Mahathi, a journalist working for TV5 and Kavya, a deaf-mute philanthropist who works in a coffee shop. He loves Mahathi and expects her to reciprocate the same only to be rejected by her because of his corrupt nature. Kavya is killed by GK's brother Nani when she tries to save a techie from being assaulted sexually by him near HITEC City.

Deputy (Binnu Dhillon) wants to be an actor like Dharmendra but have to settle for playing Surpanakha (character) in local Ramlila because of the lack of opportunity. On the other hand, his friend Jass(Jassi Gill) is unemployed and in love with a girl who will only marry if he finds a job. Their families also feel humiliated because of them. Both of them decide to join their friend Palli (Yuvraj Hans) in a town for a better future and to prove themselves. The big problem they did not realized is that this cannot be done until they have a place to stay. Then comes Babbu (Babbal Rai), friend of Palli to their rescue which also does not last long because of their parting one night. Then they have to look for another shelter the place according to their budget they are getting will only allow married couples to stay. So they lie about their marital status somehow Palli and Jass convince Babu and Deputy to play their wives for getting roof over their head.
