Biography
Sivaji started his film career by doing small roles in notable films such as Kushi and Indra. Unlike his contemporaries he did not have a godfather, a producer father, an actor father. As noted earlier he won Nandi award for dubbing for the film Dil. Sivaji's first success as a solo hero came with the film Missamma. He acted in many films as a leading protagonist but failed to reach star status. After many years of struggle he once said in an interview that some of the leading actresses will not work with him. He also said in the interview that even after ten years of being in the Telugu industry his films were having trouble releasing on time. Akasa Ramanna, the narrator, starts with the story of Teja (Rajiv Kanakala), Raana (Allari Naresh) and Jai (Sivaji), The story also involves P. Thimothy (Venu Madhav) and his lecherous friends. Raana is in search of getting credit of five lakh rupess to help his girl friend Isha (Gowri Pandit). He seeks his friend and a supermarket owner Jai's help. Jai himself being in financial crisis cannot help Raana. He is arrested by police inspector (Rao Ramesh). Two murders happen to spice up the story. Rao Ramesh suspects Teja of the murders. Teja is introduced to the concept of the inescapable trap of 'karma' by a fake god-man Swamiji (Raghu Babu), in the local bar. In some minutes, the 'godman' is punished with death by 'karma,'. At the other end of the spectrum are, Raana and Jai, who are taken for a ride by a treacherous woman. Raana is in dire need of the money, while Jai mysteriously needs the same amount. Thimothy and gang are on their way to spend the night with their favourite whore. Meanwhile, Teja hits a person while driving the car in a drunken state. There is a terrible link between the two and the story rocks back and forth within a 40 minute duration leading to revealing the suspense. The entire film runs around just seven characters and is based on an incident that takes place at 12:40.

Sanjay Sahu (Pawan Kalyan) is a post-graduate from Osmania University and is working as a gym instructor. He is in love with Indu (Kamalini Mukherjee) who wishes to marry him. So she makes him meet her father (Prakash Raj), who is a police officer and also happens to be his old acquaintance. Her father declines to approve their love and she is forced to marry according to her father's choice. Meanwhile, Bhagmathi a.k.a. Bhagi (Ileana D'Cruz) and her friend Jyothsna a.k.a. Dhanalakshmi a.k.a. Dhana (Sneha Ullal) is the only daughter of a landlord who has over ₹50 crore property. As she lost her mother in her childhood, her father marries another woman (Kavitha). However, Dhana faces neglect from her stepmother. After Dhana's father passes away, there is no one to console her and the only friend who showed affection was Balaji. He too leaves her after she completes her schooling. After Dhana grew up, she bequeaths her father's property and her mother eyes it and wanted to marry Dhana against her wishes. So Dhana escapes from house and takes shelter in her friend's house in Hyderabad. Aravind (Yasho Sagar), son of a garage owner, is a vagabond. He comes across Dhanalaxmi and loses his heart to her. However, after a few encounters, Dhana gets caught by her stepmother and when she is about take her away, Aravind helps her from the abduction with the help of police. This makes Dhana to befriend with Aravind and she reveals her childhood friendship and tells Aravind that she is in love with Balaji and can't imagine any other in his place. After refusal, Aravind decides to go to Kolkata in search of a job and at the same time, Dhana also comes to know that Balaji is in Kolkata. They both again meet in train and accidentally Dhana misses the train during the journey. So Aravind helps her reach Kolkata to meet Balaji. In the process, Aravind gets severely hurt in the hands of a criminal, who tries to implicate Dhana in a narcotics case. Later, Aravind takes Dhana to Balaji's house in Kolkata. Dhana's stepmother also reaches Kolkata and agrees for Dhana's marriage with Balaji. When the marriage is about to take place, Dhana realises that her stepmother enacted a drama and created a fake Balaji to impress Dhana. Again Aravind comes to her rescue and at that time Dhana realises that she is in love with Aravind and the film ends on a happy note.

Ashok (Rajasekhar) and Lakshmi (Meera Jasmine) are siblings, and their father, Sarvarayudu (Rajasekhar), who was a landlord of the village, and mother (Sujitha), die during their childhood. He also marries a girl named Nandini (Arthi Agarwal) on the same day. After their marriage, Aakash and Lakshmi lead a happy life along with Aakash's cousins and sisters-in-law. In a gap of seven years, Lakshmi has two daughters and a son. Then Nandini also becomes pregnant but suffers a miscarriage due to the intervention of one Kantham, who stays with her claiming to be her aunt. As Nandini's uterus was removed, Ashok turns childless and to please him Aakash and Lakshmi bring their children to cajole him. By the time Aakash returns to their house, his cousins cheat him and swindle the entire property. Aakash gets jailed in a cheque bounce case. Lakshmi and her children turn orphans. With the Kantham's advice, Nandini throws Lakshmi out of house and warns her not to try to meet her brother. With no way to save her husband and her family, Lakshmi commits suicide with her three children and on learning this Ashok also dies proving that they are inseparable even in death.

Bullabbayi (Sivaji) is fond of his sister-in-law Rajeswari (Meera Jasmine). He loves her so much and wanted to be flawless with good character. Though Rajeswari behaves that she is not interested in him, she really loves him. Bullabbayi has a property dispute with his stepbrother Veerababu (Subbaraju). In a bid to save a girl called Chintamani (Sangeeta) from being sold by a brothel owner (Anuradha) to Veerababu, Bullabbayi pays her money and takes Chintamani with him and keeps her in his outhouse. Bullabbayi tells her to leave the place the next day, but accidentally, seduces Chintamani, after an attack by Veerababu's men against him. Being an honest boy, Bullabbayi reveals everything to his father-in-law and urges him to stop the marriage, but the latter refuses to do so. Again, Bullabbayi innocently reveals the incident to Rajeswari as he doesn't want to cheat her that he was pious and flawless. Rajeswari attempts suicide and gets saved by Bullabbayi. However, Rajeswari refuses to share the marital life with Bullabbayi. A few days later, her father convinces her and appeals to honour his honesty. Being impressed with his innocence, Rajeswari allows him into the bedroom and they enjoy a good family life. As a result, Rajeswari turns pregnant, so also Chintamani. How Bullabbayi managed both his pregnant wives? Did Chintamani comes into the life of Rajeswari? Did Rajeswari keep mum on learning Chintamani was also pregnant and Bullabbayi continued to pamper her? What happened to the property dispute between Bullabbayi and Veerababu? How Veerababu reacted against Bullabbayi? Answers to all these questions form part of the climax.

Mantra’s parents die when she was young and she lives with her friend Vinny. She inherits an ancestral property called 'Mantra Nilayam' in the outskirts of Hyderabad. Mantra Nilayam is called as haunted house because of two untimely deaths in that farm house few years back. She wants to sell it off, but no body comes forward to buy the property due to its reputation. A professor comes forward to buy that house with a condition that somebody should stay there for three months. Hero (Sivaji) is a small time goon who looks after land settlements. Hero wants to stay in the house so that he would get a commission of the sale once 'Mantra Nilayam' is sold. The rest of the story is all about how Hero demystifies everything.
