Sunny Suwanmethanon (Thai: ซันนี่ สุวรรณเมธานนท์, born 18 May 1981 in Thailand) is a Thailand actor with Thai, Singapore and French descent. He is best known for his lead role for playing Khaiyoi in the 2005 film, Dear Dakanda. He won the Best Actor award in 3rd Kom Chad Luek Awards for this role. He also starred in the romantic comedy I Fine..Thank You..Love You which became the highest grossing film ever in Thailand.
Sunny attended school at Surasakmontree School in Bangkok from standard 1 until 6 and now he already graduated from Assumption University, majoring in Communication Arts. He also is an atheist.

Seven Something is a love story and was shot by three different directors. As such, the film is divided into three parts; the first is named "14," featuring problems of two teenagers and social networks. The second part is named "21/28" and is about two former actor and actress lovers who work together again after being apart for seven years. The third part is called "42.195" and is about a woman who meets a young man who encourages her to complete a marathon.

The movie follows brothers Wut (Sunny Suwanmethanon) and Tin (Ananda Everingham) as they set off for Tibet in search of Shambhala, a mythical kingdom in Buddhist tradition, to fulfill the wish of Wut’s dying girlfriend, Nam (Nalintip Permpattarasakul). The brothers have a love-hate relationship, but as Wut wants to return to Nam with photographic proof of the trip he begrudgingly accepts Tin’s company. As the journey gets more and more intense, the tension grows between the two, especially when a secret involving Tin’s ex-girlfriend Jane (Ase Wang) is revealed.
