The married couple, David and Sheri, move in to a new home in the suburbs. Karen catches her husband, Max, with his neighbor, Rita, in bed. Angered, Karen leaves the house with a bottle of alcohol in her hand. While outside she discovers a fragment of a meteorite that crashed on Earth. As she picks it up, her body is taken over by an alien life form from another planet. The alien, now inhabiting the body of Karen, works to prevent the secret development of space exploration satellites. Carla, Max's colleague, and Rita are also being taken over by two more alien life forms from other meteorite fragments. One of the aliens, inhabiting the body of Carla, is intrigued by Tom, who is also planning to steal the satellite plans.

While shooting for a film directed by her boyfriend, Ted Wood, Jr., Muffin Baker learns from a telegram that her rich uncle, Cyrus, has died. Together they travel to the estate of the deceased, where her last will is to be read. On the distant planet Aqua Terra, there are no men; only women. In order to procreate, men are abducted from Earth every 20 years. A colossal series of disasters releases something monstrous from a glacier. Strange disappearances in a small California town attract the attention of a thick-headed sheriff (R.G. Wilson), his transparently uninterested scientist girlfriend (Brinke Stevens) and a visiting government agent (John Goodwin). They discover that a giant green monster is at large, the Creaturesaurus Erectus, ("He wrecked us? He nearly KILLED us!") They turn to experienced monster fighter Colonel Patrick Hendry (Kenneth Tobey), who has been locked in a government asylum for decades. A supposedly haunted house in Covington County is being plowed over to make way for a shopping mall when four, unmarked graves are unearthed. Though Lindstrom warns her that any additional doses could be fatal, Angel still pleads to be put back on the program. Dr. Lindstrom gives her a case with several vials, cautioning her to only take one a day. That night, Angel takes her first vial. The result of it causes her breasts to increase in size.
