Tiz Zaqyah (born 25 October 1988) is a Malaysian actress, model and singer. She debuted in 2006 and since then has starred in dramas, telemovies, television and magazine advertisements, and movies. She is best known for playing the role of Nur Amina in the hit 2009 drama Nur Kasih with Remy Ishak, Fizz Fairuz and Sharifah Sofia. Her latest dramas were Sebenarnya, Saya Isteri Dia! where she played a role of Shaf alongside with the rising actor, Izzue Islam and Cinta Jangan Pergi where she acted with her acclaimed counterpart partner, Remy Ishak again.

Siti Zaqyah Abdul Razak or also known as Tiz Zaqyah was born on 25 October 1988, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She is the second daughter of two siblings and has one sister. Tiz Zaqyah graduated from Sekolah Menengah Subang Jaya in November 2005. Tiz Zaqyah began her acting career at the age of 18. Tiz Zaqyah was listed on Malaysia's 10 most beautiful actress when she wears a scarf. In 24 October 2011, Tiz Zaqyah is said that she is the actress that have an aura in her acting. On 27 October 2011, Remy Ishak told that he and Tiz Zaqyah had a special relationship but both of them said that they're still getting to know each other. At the end of September 2012, Remy Ishak has made a confession to the media and tell that he and Tiz Zaqyah has ended their relationship since three months ago and they still remain a good relationship as friends.
