Tobe Sexton (born September 6, 1968) is an American actor and producer.
Sexton was born in Fort Worth, Texas, he studied acting and directing for theatre as well as film at The California Institute of the Arts from which he earned a BFA. He appeared as Teen Freddy in Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare.
In 1995 Sexton co-founded the Bauhaus Film Group. Around 2000 he moved underground to Indie film and created The TCS or The Technological City State, Productions. Affiliates include The International High IQ Society, Mandalay Entertainment, Apogee Magic, the Entertainment Technology Center-USC as well as several indie production companies and filmmakers.
Sexton produced the feature The Metrosexual.

John Radley's childhood was not a particularly nice one; father abandonment, abusive mother, bullied by neighborhood kids and his pets had a tendency to die on him. Only his first crush Gretchen ever treated him with kindness. But this all ended when he was goaded into performing a balancing act, whereupon a malicious prank backfired and Johnny ended up plunging down a dried up well to greet a rock floor. Since then he has been in Oakhurst State mental hospital for over a decade. Left semi-comatose, he has only his now-distorted memories and nightmarish flashbacks for comfort. One night the continual flood of harsh images is too much for his psyche, and he comes to find himself badly disfigured and severely brain damaged (so much so that he can no longer feel any pain. Who will care for (let alone love) Johnny now? No one, he knows (in what's left of his damaged mind. He suffers a complete psychotic break, and after venting his fury on a nurse, turns his rage towards those responsible for his condition.

Rick (Zach Galligan) is the apple of his father's eye; smart, handsome, and idolized by his younger siblings (River Phoenix and Heather O'Rourke). By stark contrast, Lonnie (Molly Ringwald) is a troubled and withdrawn girl, struggling to put the painful memory of a failed suicide attempt behind her. Both teenagers are dealing with loneliness and family pressures when they begin to find solace in each other, and a young romance develops. As Rick and Lonnie's bond begins to grow stronger, and they become increasingly withdrawn from their friends and families, their protective parents begin to worry that the young lovers are becoming too involved and grow increasingly uncomfortable with the teenagers' relationship. Finally, when Rick's parents (Ellen Burstyn and Len Cariou) decide that Lonnie is a bad influence on their son, and Lonnie's parents (Marsha Mason and Paul Sorvino) decide that boarding school would be the best place for their troubled daughter, Rick and Lonnie, desperate not to be separated, make a tragic decision to take their own lives. In the wake of the young lovers' fatal suicide pact, the two devastated families are left to try and pick up the pieces of their shattered lives and must somehow find a way to go on.
