Toran Caudell (born October 15, 1982) is a former actor, voice actor, and musician from the United States.

He played Rod on 7th Heaven, an American television series about a Protestant minister's family living in the fictional town of Glenoak, California.

In animation he is probably best known as the voice of King Bob on Disney's Recess. He was the first actor to provide a voice to the title role of Arnold on the Nickelodeon animated show Hey Arnold!. He also later on provided the voice of Wolfgang, the leader of the 5th grade bullies, in Hey Arnold!.

In the film Max Is Missing (1995), Toran plays the part of a 12-year-old boy who accompanies his family on vacation to Peru. He is separated from his father while visiting the ancient Incan ruins of Machu Picchu. Thieves chase him after he is given a priceless mask by a dying man.

Over a year later, Toran starred in the light-hearted fantasy Johnny Mysto: Boy Wizard. In this film, aimed at a pre-teen audience, he plays the part of a budding young magician who stumbles across an unusual ring. He embarks on a medieval, time-travel quest to find his enchanted sister and ends up in Camelot before King Arthur. It turns out the ring belongs to none other than Merlin.

The actor/musician has also sung the lead vocals for several TV series and has appeared on stage in Oliver!, Peter Pan and Li'l Abner. He has also played Conrad Birdie in Bye Bye Birdie, the Lion in the Wiz and the Prince in Cinderella in theatre.

Together with Haylie Duff he co-wrote the song "Sweet Sixteen" on Hilary Duff's second studio album Metamorphosis.

He has also sung lead vocals on his own original songs and also with the band DieRadioDie in Los Angeles.

The movie is divided into three different episodes/sections. The first episode begins with the Recess gang starting the fifth grade. At first thought to be the best year ever, they soon discovered otherwise. First, Ms. Finster becomes the fifth grade teacher instead of the desired Mrs. Milkie, who had transferred. After pulling off one last big prank at Third Street Elementary School, T.J. Detweiler and his friends are excited about being done with the rest of the school year and starting summer vacation. But TJ's happiness is short-lived, as he finds out that all five of his best friends (and most of their schoolmates) are going to be gone for most of the summer at various summer camps around the state to plan for their futures. T.J. quickly becomes bored and lonely without his friends to hang out with, and even very reluctantly agrees to hang out with the school snitch Randall. On his way there, he notices something going on at the school. T.J. sneaks inside and finds scientists using a tractor beam to levitate an office safe. Panicked, he tries to tell his parents and the police, but every time they do not listen. When he gets Principal Prickly to come to see what is going on, the principal is electrocuted and dematerialized while attempting to unlock and open the door, leaving only his shoes behind as evidence. T.J. is now frustrated because of his parents and the police continually ignoring him. He decides he has to round up the gang and uses his sister Becky's diary to blackmail her into driving him to all the camps to pick up his friends.
