Turi Pandolfini (1 November 1883 – 6 March 1962) was an Italian stage and film character actor. He appeared in 46 films between 1917 and 1961.
Born in Catania, Sicily as Salvatore Pandolfini, the nephew of the actor Angelo Musco, he started his career at young age in small local companies before joining the company of his famous uncle in which he created a large number of successful macchiette ( (i.e. comical monologues caricaturing stock characters).
Pandolfini was also very active in films starting from the advent of sound, and reached the peak of his popularity in the fifties. He was one of the founders of the Teatro Stabile di Catania.

Luciano, qui étudie à l'université, tombe amoureux de Sandra, une lycéenne fille d'une riche famille. In Rome, during the Fifties, three boys attempt to commit a robbery. They're Mario, Alvaro and Otello, which make use of the aid of a trickster, Professor Semprini, who claims to be a great intellectual. But the man is the garbage boy of the lawyer Mazzoni Baralla, upright man, who goes on the trail of the three boys as soon as they attempt the shot. Indeed Alvaro, Mario and Otello are arrested, after being deceived by Semprini, who pretends from them a payment for the design of the plan. In fact the three first attempt to pass off counterfeit notes, then pretend guards vice squad's team in Villa Borghese. After the arrest and exoneration, the three decide to return to their old and simple jobs.

In Rome it is seeing what happens in the Italian courts during the Fifties. There are all kinds of illegalities committed by the accused, from simple to ladronerie prohibited meetings, the complaints of jealous wives to gross misunderstandings. Judge Lo Russo is known for its inflexibility and severity in the administration of justice, so that on his desk lay a bust of Cicero. He sentinel various people who claim to be innocent but then slowly come to discover their wrongs. Among them is a funny character. Alberto Sordi plays the role of Nando Moriconi, the famous Roman bully who loves America, finished in district court for a misunderstanding, at least according to his statements. In fact, the presence of the Judge Peppino De Filippo, Nando tells of his Saunter with the kids of the suburbs of Rome near the countryside in Ciociaria where he is caught by a policeman while she was bathing. Since wallow in those waters was strictly forbidden, the policeman to give a lesson to Nando, steals all the clothes and leaves him naked. Not knowing where to go, Nando entered the house of a noble countess, who was giving a party with friends.
