Gaiam Vivendi Entertainment (formerly known as Vivendi Entertainment and Vivendi Visual Entertainment) is an independent film, television, DVD and digital distribution company operating in the United States and Canada. It is also a distribution partner for independent content providers.

Vivendi Entertainment was originally a division of Universal Music Group Distribution, which in turn is a subsidiary of Vivendi. On April 3, 2012, it was acquired from them by Gaiam and merged with its home entertainment division, renaming the combined subsidiary Gaiam Vivendi Entertainment. On October 17, 2013, Cinedigm announced it was purchasing Gaiam Vivendi Entertainment for $51.5 million. Cinedigm plans to combine Gaiam Vivendi Entertainment with their existing home video business, New Video. The acquisition closed on October 21, 2013.

In the previous war involving the Kingdom of Ehb, a three-year-old boy was found wandering the field of the Battle of Oxley Pass by the rancher Norick (Ron Perlman) and adopted by the town of Stonebridge. Nicholas Borelli II is an awkward teen from a boring suburb who is supposed to go to math camp while his parents are away on a business trip. Sammy and Ray are supervising their new offspring, when seagulls attack them and both Sammy and Ray and two of their grandchildren Ella and Ricky are captured on trawler. Ella and Ricky set out with Annabel and Margaret, the pink octopus mother and daughter in order to rescue their grandfathers, getting chased by a pair of barracudas when they get there. After much communication trouble, Ella and Ricky interpret from Sammy that in order to escape the aquarium several squids expel ink into the ventilation system, while all the aquarium inhabitants play dead. Before initiating the escape plan, Sammy and Ray get the tyrannical Big D out of the way. The reluctant aquarium manager opens the emergency doors allowing all sea creatures out to freedom.
