A group of parapsychologists are called in to investigate a mansion with a reputation for being haunted, as it was previously a brothel where many men would go missing. One of the investigators, Erin Cooper (Jane Scarlett) finds herself particularly drawn to the place. As the night progresses the group discovers that they are not alone and that three succubi inhabit the house, imprisoned by a warlock's amulet. The amulet would give its user the ability to control the succubi, giving them extreme amounts of power. The succubi kill the group members one by one as the group tries desperately to discover the amulet's whereabouts and perform a ritual that would stop the succubi. However the survivors are eventually pared down to two people, one of which is killed while trying to begin the ritual after finding the amulet. The survivor, Erin, is then revealed to have been a succubus all along. She had been the warlock's favorite and somehow had lost her memories and gained the ability to leave the mansion. Erin then rejoins the other succubi in the mansion.

A young couple Aki and Kazuo are snatched off the street while having their first date as a romantic couple after a few years working in the same office. They wake up shackled in a basement that has plastic-covered walls. With no further explanation, a sadistic madman degrades, tortures and mutilates them. He punctures Kazuo's belly with a screwdriver and slices his tongue, then sexually assaults each in turn, forcing the other to watch. Sometimes, he stops the torture to provide medical assistance and cure the couple's wounds, so they can continue alive for a long period of time. This way, he cuts off all their fingers, makes collars with them, pops out Kazuo's right eye, removes the girl's nipples and cuts off her right arm.

For whatever reason, the guards after killing all the prisoners, to contain the riot ; agree to not only bury them under the prison, but also cover up the entire situation. In the present day, Solitaire is committed to the prison, now rechristened as a Rehab center, for various crimes including street fighting and the like. Unfortunately she doesn't get a warm welcome into the community, and is forced to fight nearly every other female prisoner except for Emily, a pregnant cell mate of hers. Soon she's forced into solitary confinement, and within there she accidentally makes contact with Shadow's disturbed spirit. Prior to this, Shadow and Solitaire encountered each other, when Solitaire was a little girl, as Shadow desired to sacrifice her in a satanic ritual. As a result of his death however, Shadow never managed to do so. Now as Shadow realizes that Solitaire is not only alive but also within the prison, he gathers up an army of the demonic zombie, who were the prisoners killed 20 years ago, to storm the prison, kill everyone else, and bring Solitaire to him.

A young boy named Tadashi Ino moves to a small town after the divorce of his parents. At a local festival, he is picked to be that year's "Kirin Rider," a protector of all things good. He soon discovers that his new title is quite literal, as a nefarious spirit named Yasunori Kato appears. Originally a human who became a demon from the strength of his hatred for humans, Kato desires vengeance against their actions on the Yokai. To carry out his revenge, Kato allies himself with a Yokai named Agi while he summons a fiery spirit called Yomotsumono, composed of the resentment of the many things which mankind has discarded. With Yomotsumono's flames, Kato feeds it Yokai which are used as ingredients in creating violent junkyard Tsukumogami under his control that capture other Yokai to build their numbers while killing humans. One of such Yokai, Sunekosuri, escaped and befriended Tadashi who attempts to obtain the Daitenguken from the mountain as part of being the Kirin Rider. However, he wimped out at the last second and with trickery by Shōjō, who picked Tadashi out, the boy overcame the test. Accompanied by Shōjō, Kawahime, and Kawataro, Tadashi makes his way to the DaiTengu who gives him a sword before being taken away by the Tsukumogami. In spite of Tadashi's attempts, the sword is broken as Agi takes Sunekosuri as her captive before the boy is knocked unconscious.

A pharmacist, police officer, and a toilet cleaner are riding a bus on a fateful night. The trio share a bizarre and tragic, life-altering experience when the bus becomes hijacked by a terrorist. The terrorist forces the three into a violent game of Rock, Paper, Scissors and Russian roulette, which toilet cleaner Testsu loses. The terrorist then shoots Tetsu, causing the bus to make a sudden stop. After noticing that pharmacist Saki has only one eye, the terrorist suddenly feels remorse and finally turns the weapon on himself. The tragic bus ride leaves police officer Shingo feeling humiliated and ashamed of himself, for not handling the bus hijacking.

The discovery of a mysterious fossil sets the stage for a terrifying confrontation between modern day man and Thai folklore. As a result of tampering with biogenetic code by an American company in Japan, the mutant creature Nezulla, classified as half human, and half rat, escapes its containment and goes after the ill fated scientists that spawned it. To cover up the atrocity, the authorities condemn the lab. Eventually when a bacteria found in the lab enters the sewer system, a squadron of soldiers is deployed to clean up the mess. Upon entering the lab via the sewers, the troops are slaughtered one at a time by Nezulla, whose armor like skin easily deflect their bullets.
