The film was directed by Lee Roy Myers and produced by the company New Sensations, who had also created parodies such as Scrubs: A XXX Parody and Seinfeld: A XXX Parody. Lisa Ann, who parodied Sarah Palin in Who's Nailin' Paylin?, stars as Liz Lemon the character originally played by Tina Fey, who parodied Palin herself on Saturday Night Live.
The film is based on a sketch comedy television show, TCS with Trey Jordan, whose ratings head writer Liz Limon (Lisa Ann) has to boost by adding more sex to. The film's five sex scenes include a scene between network executive Jake (Herschel Savage) and assistant Karina (Evie Delatosso), and actress Jenny (Ashlynn Brooke) having sex with a writer before she cons him creating a sketch for her. The film ends with a sex tape of Limon and boyfriend Danny (James Deen) accidentally being aired on the show.
A review by Adult Video News called the film a "blandly-written and at times just plain boring comedy", but praised the acting by Bishop, Ashlynn Brooke and Paul Woodcrest. Remarking on Lisa Ann's performance, compared with her success in Who's Nailin' Paylin?, the review stated "sadly, Lisa's funnier trying to be serious than she is when trying to be funny". An XBIZ review stated that the "main players are really good" and that the character Trey Jordan (Bishop) is "hilarious". New York magazine commented "it's actually disturbing how true to the show this thing is ... Someone out there in porn-making land has actually done their 30 Rock homework".
Commenting on her character, Ashlynn Brooke stated "My personality is kind of close to hers, humor-wise". Lisa Ann remarked "I’m a huge Tina Fey fan, so playing her in 30 Rock was incredible ... These roles have been the most fun I've had in my career, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!".

Like most episodes of the original show, Seinfeld: A XXX Parody opens with a stand-up sequence from Gerry (James Deen) about pornography. The film then cuts into an XXX video store, where Gerry and Elania (Kristina Rose) are attempting to purchase porn from a man known as “The Porn Nazi” (Evan Stone). Gerry manages to buy a movie from the guy, but Elania is unsuccessful due to her behavior towards him. At Gerry’s apartment, Gerry is watching the film he bought, and he and Elania have sex. In the next scene at the apartment with Gerry and Jorge (Steve Pomerants), Crammer (Eric John) comes in saying he is unable to masturbate to his old porn movies he owns. Being dissatisfied, Crammer decides to make his own porn. When he exits the scene, Gerry complains about a girl who has a crush on him, Regina (Ashlynn Brooke), because she orgasms too easily, and Jorge rants about getting married to Suzanne (Natalie Norton) in less than a month, reasoning that "the pope gets more pussy than I do." Gerry suggests Jorge to spice up their love life.

Bruce Wayne’s girlfriend, Lisa Carson (Kimberly Kane), is kidnapped by the Riddler (Evan Stone). She has sex with him in an attempt to curry his favour, but he still ultimately delivers her to the Joker (Randy Spears). Batman and Robin (Dale DaBone and James Deen) are called in by the police to help in the rescue. Batman investigates a nightclub fronting the villains' lair, but is drugged and abducted by Molly (Alexis Texas), one of Joker's accomplices, who proceeds to have sex with him. Batgirl (Lexi Belle) learns of the situation and joins Robin, who is waiting for Batman to return from the club. Batgirl and Robin sneak into the villains’ lair, whereupon they find Joker having sex with his two accomplices. Aroused, Batgirl and Robin have sex, which distracts them and allows them to be discovered and captured by Catwoman's (Tori Black) henchmen. The four captives – Lisa, Batman, Robin and Batgirl – are brought before the villainous trio of Joker, the Riddler and Catwoman. Joker intends to kill them but Catwoman, unwilling to kill Batman, for whom she secretly harbours feelings, frees the captured heroes. The heroes battle and defeat the collected rogues. Grateful to Catwoman for her role in their victory, Batman and Robin have sex with her. However, upon discovering that she would still have to be brought to justice for her crimes, Catwoman escapes, activating a trap that imprisons Batman and Robin, ending the film on a cliffhanger.

While traveling through Texas (in the vicinity of where several bodies have been uncovered) five friends become lost, with their van running low on gas.
