Commander Don Winslow is returned to the Office of Naval Intelligence from his command of his cruiser to investigate strange events on the Pacific island of Tangita, noticeably a ship being torpedoed. He discovers that there is a ring of saboteurs and enemy agents who are trying to destroy ships carrying supplies to the troops stationed in the islands and sabotage the war effort. Former World War I ace pilot Captain Bob Dayton, (Donald Woods) is the owner of Sky Raiders, Inc., an aircraft factory. He has designed a new high speed fighter aircraft, the Sky Raider and bombsight. Nazi agent Felix Lynx (Eduardo Ciannelli) attempts to steal these designs for his own country. Dayton recruits young Tim Bryant (Billy Halop), a member of Air Youth of America, to help him. Attempts to steal the fighter prototype fail.

The Sea Raiders, a band of foreign agents, led by Carl Tonjes and Elliott Carlton, blow up a freighter on which Billy Adams and Toby Nelson are stowaways, seeking to avoid Brack Warren, a harbor patrol officer assigned to guard a new type of torpedo boat built by Billy's brother, Tom Adams. Intended targets or not, getting blown up does not set well with Billy and Toby and, together with their gang coupled with the members of the Little Tough Guys, they find the Sea Raiders' island hideout, investigate the seacoast underground arsenal of these saboteurs, get blasted from the air, dragged to their doom, become victims of the storm, entombed in a tunnel and even periled by a panther before they don the uniforms of some captured Sea Raiders and board a yacht that serves as headquarters for the Raiders.

Le samedi matinee foule a deux étoiles de cow-boy pour le prix d'un dans cette série richement budgétisé ouest mettant en vedette l'ancien cow-boy chantant Dick Foran et Buck Jones. Ce dernier a contribué à l'humour pince-sans la procédure, ce qui rend Jones peut-être le soulagement de la comédie B-ouest le mieux payé dans l'histoire. Les deux héros défendent les mineurs de borax Death Valley d'une bande hors la loi dirigée par Wolf Reade. Un casting extraordinairement forte - pour une série, au moins - soutenu les étoiles, dirigé par Charles Bickford comme Reade, Leo Carillo, Lon Chaney, Jr., et l'étoile Monte écran bleu silencieux. Jeanne Kelly principale dame plus tard a changé son nom à Jean Brooks et a joué dans le thriller de RKO atmosphérique La septième victime (1943).
