Amityville Death House is a 2015 direct-to-video horror film and the 12th film based on the 1977 novel The Amityville Horror. The film follows the trend of films based on The Amityville Horror having little to nothing to do with the events in the book and only using the location and the DeFeo murders and the 112 Ocean Avenue house as a plot point. The film was directed by Mark Polonia, one of the Polonia brothers. The film uses a relatively unknown cast with the exception of Eric Roberts as "The Dark Lord".
Synopsis
"When Tiffany and her friends arrive in the town of Amityville to check on her ailing grandmother, they discover an ancient witch's spirit possesses the old house. One by one the demon curse, empowered by the Dark Lord (Eric Roberts) destroys the descendants of those who condemned his servant to death over 300 years ago, ultimately possessing the bodies of the innocent, and transforming them into hideous creatures of destruction."Actors

Following a family dispute, Janet moves out of the home she shares with her older sister, Lara and their single mother, Maddie. She moves into apartment 1303 on the thirteenth floor of a downtown Detroit apartment building. A nine-year-old neighbor, Emily, explains to Janet that a previous occupant of her new apartment killed herself. Strange things begin to occur in the apartment and when Janet appears bruised at work, she rebuffs concerns that her boyfriend, Mark, is abusing her and blames the marks on sleepwalking.

Following a horrible street accident on a rural wooded road near Mexico City, Agata goes into a coma, and her identical twin sister Catalina begins to experience the pain and terror that her comatose sister is going through. Sao is a nurse who comes to work at an older, rundown hospital in Bangkok. Witnessing her arrival is Num, a disabled orderly. Num is shy, but a little girl selling roses convinces him to buy one. He gives her money and the girl in turn gives the rose to Sao, forming a bond between the two. Sao takes room in an old house behind the hospital, near a disused gymnasium and the old morgue. She is getting over a breakup with an old boyfriend who left her because she turns into a ghost. And, indeed, unbeknownst to her, she does turn into the krasue ghost that very night, scaring the hospital's security guard.

Samantha "Sam" is an orphaned young woman who moves to an isolated boarding house in North Jakarta, trying to avoid the advances of her pervert stepfather. The landlady of the house, Yanti, tells her that the house was previously a batik factory of Mangkoedjiwo family, with its current leader, Raden Ayu Sri Sukmarahimi Mangkoedjiwo having lent the house under a condition that the second floor is locked up with no one allowed inside. While listing other restrictions, including about a chair in front of a Javanese mirror in Sam's room, Yanti chants durmo, a Javanese poem said to be able to summon Kuntilanak, a female ghost with half the body of a horse rumored to be living in a weeping fig in front of the house. Meanwhile, Sam mentions her recurring nightmares of a woman in a fire with a Kuntilanak to her boyfriend, Agung. Agung learns from his eccentric friend, Iwank, and his mother that the Mangkoedjiwo is long rumored to be a black magic sect maintaining a Kuntilanak, itself can only be summoned by antique objects. At the house, Sam befriends Dinda, who tells her that there are actually three other mirrors identical to the one in Sam's room: two of which are in herself and Ratih's rooms.

1986 in Jedah, the Communist Jiam separatist leader and his men stormed the camp S-11 on his home island Krujaba, he ordered a massacre of the present government soldiers and took 10,000 inhabitants as hostages.
