Bingo Bongo is a well known 1982 Italian family comedy film directed by Pasquale Festa Campanile and starring Adriano Celentano as an Italian Tarzan character escaping across Milan and speaking with all animal's races. The film also created an Italian neologism indicating wild animal-like language or behaviour.
Synopsis
The film opens with the story about how Bingo Bongo was stranded in the African jungle as a baby when his plane crashed (in a manner remniscient and in parody of Tarzan). He was thrown out by parachute at the last instant and subsequently adopted by chimpanzees.Actors

Primo Baffo (Renato Pozzetto) est une sorte de chanteur de cabaret qui amuse les soldats avec ses chansons et ses sketches pendant la guerre. Il fait tout pour éviter d’être enrôlé et partir à la guerre. Mais à la fin de son spectacle, il est amené de force devant le colonel pour la conscription. Il essaie de se faire passer pour un homosexuel mais sans résultat. Arrivé au front, il croise une jeune fille misérable nommée Marianna (Laura Antonelli) lors d’une patrouille dans un village. Il cherche à la séduire et lorsqu’il se trouve déshabillé, elle lui vole tous ses vêtements et effets personnels et s’enfuit avec son complice. Les trois se retrouvent à nouveau quelques jours plus tard et Primo veut se venger. Mais la guerre les rattrape. Après quelques épisodes tragi-comiques au front face aux allemands, Primo et son copain Torno (Aldo Maccione) se cachent dans le grenier d’une masure bientôt occupée par les Uhlans, en terrain conquis. Ils assistent alors, impuissants dans leur cachette, aux derniers outrages que les soldats font subir à Marianna. Mais celle-ci finira par se venger.

Le dirigeant d'agence publicitaire Castelli rentre plus tôt que prévu à la maison en raison d'un accident d'automobile avec Eleonora Rubens, une jeune hollandaise abandonnée par son mari, et surprend sa femme américaine qui a une relation intime avec le plombier. Abattu par la tromperie, Castelli entame une psychanalyse auprès du docteur Rossini, qui lui prescrit un repos à la montagne à Valmalenco, dans le chalet des époux Anselmo et Anita. Rome, 1800. Rugantino is a fool in love that rages eternal, though he is very unlucky in love stories and fruitful occasions. In fact he is denounced for trying to rob the elderly uncle of inheritance, apparently believed in the end of life, then Rugantino is beaten and sentenced to public torture of a squire. In fact Rugantino is in love with his young wife Rosetta, and this is the main character more than once, after having served the sentence, persecuted by justice and by the criminals. Rosetta however seems to love Rugantino, given his innocence and his ineptitude, but the young man, when he is accused of murder of an important lord of Rome, is sentenced to death. His fate is sealed, and after spending a few weeks in jail, Rugantino is beheaded.
