The plot revolves around an obese dhampir superhero, set in Nazi-occupied Europe. The entire film is a scene-for-scene spoof of BloodRayne: The Third Reich with most of the same cast and crew.
Synopsis
Blubberella is a plus-sized vampire/human hybrid with a hatred of Hitler, and a soft spot for candy. She's been fighting the forces of evil for centuries when she comes face to face with the dictator who has plunged all of Europe straight into a hellish war. However, in the midst of sending Hitler to meet his maker, she instead accidentally grants him the gift of immortality. Now, a super villain with an army of undead SS officers to do his evil bidding. Destroying him won't be easy, but if there's one hero big enough to defeat the fiercest army ever to walk the Earth - it's Blubberella.Actors

The film begins in a jungle at nighttime as a mercenary squad scouts the nearby area looking out for modified super soldiers ("Trigens" in the Game), only to be slaughtered by a lone Mutant. Dr. Krieger (Udo Kier) is then informed by his men about the event and asked to stop the research, Krieger refusing to do so. The film then skips to Valerie Cardinal at CIA headquarters who is secretly receiving information about the events and the actual research by an informant. They then arranged a meeting with her at the Island.

Loosely based on the video game of the same name, the film centers on the character of Rayne, an unholy breed of human and vampire called a Dhampir. The film takes place in the town of Paradise, Arizona (a ghost town in real life), where the volatile Postal Dude, after being mocked at a job interview, kicked out of his local unemployment office and discovering that his morbidly obese wife is cheating on him, is more than a little angry and is desperate to get enough cash to finally leave his dead-end town. He decides to team up with his Uncle Dave, a slovenly con artist turned doomsday cult leader who owes the US government over a million dollars in back-taxes. With the help of Uncle Dave's right-hand man Richie and an army of big-breasted, scantily clad cult members, the Dude devises a plan to hijack a shipment of 2,000 Krotchy Dolls, a rare, sought-after plush toy resembling a giant scrotum. Uncle Dave plans to sell them online, where their prices have reached as high as $4,000 a doll.
