Bone is a 48-minute 2005 documentary about the first modern dance co-production between Canada and China, directed and choreographed by Nadine Thouin (Go-On Productions/ formerly Snell Thouin Project) in collaboration with the Beijing Modern Dance Company. The film was directed by Mila Aung-Thwin of EyeSteelFilm production company and produced by EyeSteelFilm. It had its premier at Bravo! specialty television channel.

China Times had a favorable review, saying, "In the performance of Chinese and Canadian artists, we witness a sort of artistic pulling force, which may well become the future direction of art."

The film presents extracts from some of the most noted dance pieces by Pina Bausch in the Tanztheater ("dance theater") style of which Bausch was a leading exponent. The extracts are from four pieces: Le sacre du printemps (The Rite of Spring), Café Müller, Kontakthof, and Vollmond. These are complemented with interviews and further dance choreographies, which were shot in and around Wuppertal, Germany; the film includes scenes showing the Wuppertal Schwebebahn, an elevated railway, and some dance sequences take place inside its carriages.

Bouncing Cats is the story of one man's attempt to create a better life for the children of Uganda using the unlikely tool of hip-hop with a focus on b-boy culture and breakdance. Abraham "Abramz" Tekya, a Ugandan b-boy and an AIDS orphan creates a free workshop teaching youth b-boy culture to 300 disenfranchised kids living in precarious conditions in Kampala in 2006, and in Gulu in North Uganda. The story of two dreams. Marem, a 14-year-old dancer from Senegal, dreams of emigrating to Europe, while Sonia, a Spanish dancer, feels drawn by the magic of Africa.
