Cocaine Cowboys 2 – formally titled Cocaine Cowboys II: Hustlin' With the Godmother – is a 2008 documentary film sequel to Cocaine Cowboys (2006). Directed by Billy Corben and Lisa M. Perry and produced by Rakontur, the film "stars" Charles Cosby, Nelson Andreu, and Jorge "Rivi" Ayala and features the Colombian-born "Cocaine Godmother", drug lord Griselda Blanco.

Set in 1991, the film is largely narrated by Cosby, a small-time cocaine dealer from a broken home located in Oakland's inner-city. As described in the film summary published in The New York Times, the film "follows Charles Cosby, a small time coke dealer in Oakland whose life is changed forever when he writes a fan letter to the "Cocaine Godmother" Griselda Blanco, who is serving time at a nearby federal prison. Six months later, Cosby is a multi-millionaire, Blanco's lover, and the head of her $40 million a year cocaine business."

The documentary also explains why Blanco has earned another sobriquet – "The Black Widow" – and the steps she takes to ensure Cosby's loyalty.

Cocaine Cowboys chronicles the development of the illegal drug trade in Miami during the 1970s and 1980s with interviews of both law enforcement and organized crime leaders, in addition to news footage from the era. The film reveals that in the 1960s and early 1970s, marijuana was the primary import drug into the region. During the 1970s, marijuana imports were replaced by the much more lucrative cocaine imports; as more cocaine was smuggled into the United States, the price dropped, allowing it to turn "blue collar," and be available to a wider market. Drug importers reveal several of the different methods used to import the drug into Florida.

In the film, ten friends, who are children with monkey faces and tails, plan on going to the park for a picnic. They all ride there on their bikes, but each one meets a different fate on their way to the park as a result of their failure to follow specific bike safety rules (like not making hand signals, not reading traffic signs, not riding with traffic, riding double, or riding on the sidewalk). One by one, each of the friends makes a mistake and suffers a horrible fate. In the end, only one of the friends (who not only followed all the bike safety rules, but is also a normal human, whose face is not shown until the very end) makes it to the park and eats all the food by himself. At the start of the PSA, Slim gave the human his picnic because it was large and the human had a rear basket. Seeing this, the others persuaded him to take their food, meaning he has it at the end. Thus, as the title says, "One got fat!" Three of the Monkeys are seen in hospital beds.
