Don Number One (Bengali: ডন নাম্বার ওয়ান) is a 2012 action Bangladeshi film directed by Bodiul Alam Khokon. The film stars Shakib Khan in the lead role and Shahara & Misha Showdagor in other prominent roles. It is a remake of 2007 Telugu action film Don directed by Lawrence starring Akkineni Nagarjuna. The film released on Eid al-Adha of 27 October 2012. it opened very well at the box office and was declared a super hit. and one of the highest grossing Bengali movies of 2012.

Hridoy (Shakib Khan) is the son of a head constable (Probir mitro). Hridoy is a guy with carefree attitude. He is beaten by a rival gang at night and was rescued by a beautiful girl Priya(Sahara). She pays his hospital bills and donates her blood. She is gone from the hospital by the time Hridoy became conscious. When Hridoy's friends tell him who rescued him, he starts loving her immediately for her good-heartedness though he did not see her. Priya later turns out to be the sister of the city police commissioner Misha Sawdagar.
