Il raconte l'histoire d'un expert en pungsu (l'équivalent coréen du feng shui) qui peut déterminer la terre qui apporte la bonne fortune et des personnes gravitant autour de lui qui sont en concurrence pour occuper cette terre afin de changer leur destin et de devenir roi.
Ce film est le troisième et dernier opus d'une trilogie produite par Jupiter Film sur les traditions coréennes de diseurs de bonne aventure, après The Face Reader (2013) et The Princess and the Matchmaker (2018).
Il totalise plus de 2 millions de spectateurs au box-office sud-coréen de 2018 pour 15, 6 millions $ de recettes.

Goni has lost his entire savings, and money stolen from his family, after being swindled by professional cheat gamblers. Almost the entirety of the film focus on the few hours before and after Park's assassination on October 26, 1979. Undoubtedly the most controversial aspect of the film is its portrayal of Park. In the film, he is shown to be a cowardly libertine, having late-night drinking parties, pawing young women, and in particular having much admiration for Japanese culture, to the point of occasionally speaking Japanese himself.

The film begins with two children Nam-yi and Ja-in being chased by King Injo's guards and saved by their father Choi Pyeong-ryung, an officer of King Gwanghae and a skilled archer. He sends his own children to find a place of refuge with his best friend Kim Mu-seon. As they escape crying, Ja-in begs her brother to go back to their father but their father is killed in front of Nam-yi. Nam-yi, though bitten by the guard dogs, kills them and escapes with Ja-in. Nae-gyeong, the most skillful face reader in the Joseon dynasty, was living in seclusion when he was offered a lucrative partnership by Yeon-hong, a gisaeng. Sang-hyun and Dong-hyun were born as conjoined twins with two heads sharing one body.
