Synopsis
Après la défaite finale de Kwok Wai (Wan Yeung-ming ) contre Lau Ching (Stephen Chow), son frère Cheung Wan-to (Yuen Wah) et sa bande veulent se venger. Lorsque Ching et son élève Ngou Pi (Natalis Chan) sont attaqués dans la rue, ils sont sauvés par une femme masquée. Ching se réfugie dans la maison de Ngou Pi et rencontre sa sœur, Ngou Chat (Josephine Siao), qui se révélera plus tard être la femme mystérieuse. Ils sont ensuite invités par Wan-to à l'affronter en combat honorable pour régler leur différent, ce qui oblige Ching à rechercher de nouvelles compétences martiales, telles que le poing électrique.Actors

Sing (Stephen Chow) is a mainland China country boy who arrives in Hong Kong to visit his Uncle "Blackie Tat" (Ng Man-tat). When Sing stays with his uncle and his friends in their apartment, Blackie soon learns of Sing's supernatural ability to see through objects and, later on, his ability to change playing cards by rubbing them. He takes advantage of this and turns Sing into the Dou Seng or the "Saint of Gamblers". After getting into a fight with several alleyway gamblers he meets the lovely Yee-mung (lit. trans: Beautiful Dream, but euphemistically as wet dream), a henchman for the "King of Gamblers", and becomes infatuated with her. Sing quickly becomes a rival to the King and must win his way through a world competition to prove his skill.

Fong Sai-yuk and his wife, Ting-ting, are now full-fledged members of the Red Flower Society, which is led by Fong's godfather, Chan Ka-lok, who intends to groom Fong to become his successor. Chan's deputy, the ruthless Yu Chun-hoi, stands in Fong's way and tries to harm him. The society's members are unaware that Chan is actually the younger brother of the Qianlong Emperor, and might renounce their loyalty to him if they discover his true identity. The brash and ambitious Fong Sai-yuk meets the beautiful Ting-ting during a track and field competition and falls in love with her. Ting-ting is the daughter of Tiger Lui, a hot-headed hooligan. Kit Li, a cop on the Hong Kong Police bomb squad, responds to a call at a local school, where a terrorist group led by the Doctor, has taken a school bus hostage.
