Synopsis
Après la défaite finale de Kwok Wai (Wan Yeung-ming ) contre Lau Ching (Stephen Chow), son frère Cheung Wan-to (Yuen Wah) et sa bande veulent se venger. Lorsque Ching et son élève Ngou Pi (Natalis Chan) sont attaqués dans la rue, ils sont sauvés par une femme masquée. Ching se réfugie dans la maison de Ngou Pi et rencontre sa sœur, Ngou Chat (Josephine Siao), qui se révélera plus tard être la femme mystérieuse. Sing (Stephen Chow) is a mainland China country boy who arrives in Hong Kong to visit his Uncle "Blackie Tat" (Ng Man-tat). When Sing stays with his uncle and his friends in their apartment, Blackie soon learns of Sing's supernatural ability to see through objects and, later on, his ability to change playing cards by rubbing them. He takes advantage of this and turns Sing into the Dou Seng or the "Saint of Gamblers". After getting into a fight with several alleyway gamblers he meets the lovely Yee-mung (lit. trans: Beautiful Dream, but euphemistically as wet dream), a henchman for the "King of Gamblers", and becomes infatuated with her. Sing quickly becomes a rival to the King and must win his way through a world competition to prove his skill.

Fong Sai-yuk and his wife, Ting-ting, are now full-fledged members of the Red Flower Society, which is led by Fong's godfather, Chan Ka-lok, who intends to groom Fong to become his successor. Chan's deputy, the ruthless Yu Chun-hoi, stands in Fong's way and tries to harm him. The society's members are unaware that Chan is actually the younger brother of the Qianlong Emperor, and might renounce their loyalty to him if they discover his true identity. The brash and ambitious Fong Sai-yuk meets the beautiful Ting-ting during a track and field competition and falls in love with her. Ting-ting is the daughter of Tiger Lui, a hot-headed hooligan. Lui stages a martial arts competition for interested men to participate and win his daughter's hand in marriage. The contestant must defeat Lui's wife, Siu-wan, in order to win. Fong joins the contest at his friends' urging and defeats Siu-wan. He catches a glimpse of his future bride, who is actually a servant maid to replace Ting-ting, who went missing during the contest. Kit Li, a cop on the Hong Kong Police bomb squad, responds to a call at a local school, where a terrorist group led by the Doctor, has taken a school bus hostage. He soon discovers his wife and son are on board the explosives-rigged bus. Kit sends a subordinate to disarm the bomb, but matters are complicated due to the intricate setup of the bomb, which eventually explodes, killing everyone on the bus, including Kit's family. In Hong Kong, Inspector Ng manages to stop the theft an armored car from a group of criminals. In another part of the city, a deal is being made between a Westerner and an assassin. After the deal goes sour, the assassin kills the Westerner while a duo of Asprin (Hoi Mang) and Strepsil enter to pickpocket the Westerner and steal his passport. Unknown to all of them is that the Westerner had secret microfilm that contained details of a group of criminals involved in illegal activities, most notably Mr. Tin. Inspector Ng arrives later and is heartbroken as the man who was killed was Richard Nornen, with whom she was romantically involved.
