The film has an all-star cast including Sunny Deol, Shahid Kapoor, Ayesha Takia, Sameera Reddy and Vivek Oberoi in the lead roles. Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, Sharmila Tagore, Arbaaz Khan, Om Puri and Chunkey Pandey have supporting roles, whilst acclaimed boxer Mike Tyson appeared in the promos & film credits.
It was released on 1 June 2007, and received negative reviews from critics. It was a flop at the box office. The film's title is a spoof on the usual tagline, "Full & Final" which means "final" in other words. Most of the film was shot in Brazil, Dubai and Muscat. The film is a remake of the British film Snatch, with which it shares the tagline too (Stealing stones and Breaking bones).

Karan (Sohail Khan) and Bindiya (Nauheed Cyrusi) are childhood friends and live with Karan's brother Arjun Rana (Sunny Deol). Karan's feelings for Bindiya are more than just of a friend, however she is unaware of his feelings and falls in love with Saahil (John Abraham) gradually. When Karan find this out, he warns Sahil to stay away from Bindiya but he doesn't and makes a love letter for her .The next day karan sees the letter and tears it apart then Karan's friend Rony (Apoorva Agnihotri) humiliates him about falling in love with bandiya and being so poor .So Saahil gets angry and tries to kill himself. However, when Sahil's brother Sanju (Sunil Shetty) finds him unconscious and badly wounded, he cannot control his anger and goes looking for Rony. However, when Sanju gets to the college he sees Karan sitting down, wearing Rony's Jacket with his name on the back, starts beating him up in public. Karan is hospitalised when Sanju finds out that he has beaten Karan and not Rony. Now Arjun Rana who is a very powerful & wealthy communist and gangster wants to avenge Sanju for badly beating up his brother. However, Arjun is unaware of Bindiya's feelings for Sahil and Karan's for Bindiya. Saahil advises Sanju to give up his violent ways. Sanju hands himself to Arjun and gets badly beaten up by him. Saahil apologizes to Sanju. Saahil decides to leave Bindiya.

Youngster Vicky (Vivek Oberoi) lives with his mother (Navni Parihar). A lawyer shows up to speak with his mother about their father's old bungalow in the Uttarakhand hills. Vicky arrives at the bungalow and discovers a secret cache behind one of the photographs. And in the cache lies a replica of a map, made by his father who was once killed unlocking a mystery of treasure. Eventually some of his father's murderers discover Vicky, and abduct him. In the meantime, Vicky's mother visits the professor's first wife (Suhasini Mulay). The professor's son by this wife, Veer Malhotra (Sunny Deol), is a forest officer in Uttarakhand. Vicky's mother requests Veer's mother to seek Veer's assistance in finding Vicky and bringing him back. While thugs bring Vicky to Bali. As Bali is about to have Vicky executed, Veer drops in and rescues Vicky. Determined to obtain the map at any cost, Bali's men give chase to Vicky and Veer: the chase takes them through the dense jungles of Uttarakhand to the foothills of the Himalayas. They rescue Riya (Sameera Reddy) from a river rafting accident. Bali and his men capture Vicky and Veer, and slaughter the pygmies. Bali reveals that the map describes the location of a powerful device: the armour and ear rings of the mythical warrior Karna (of the Mahabharata). This armour will make the wearer invincible and all powerful. Vicky and Veer escape. Vicky and Veer arrive at the final destination, only to find that Bali has beaten them to it. Endowed with divine strength, the evil Bali easily overpowers Vicky and Veer and prepares to kill them. Vicky and Veer exploit the flaw to defeat Bali and restore the armour. They escape the temple just in time before it comes crashing down, thus sealing it off forever.

Home Delivery is the story of how it takes just a single day to change a person's outlook on life forever. Sunny Chopra (Vivek Oberoi) is a 28-year-old writer who has carved a name for himself as a popular agony uncle, named Gyan Guru, writing for the Times of Hindustan. Sunny also managed to bag a prestigious screenplay writing project for the most happening film director, Karan Johar. A bit of a cynic, he believes he is a self-made man and that whatever he has achieved in life is due to his own hard work and nobody else's. A voice-over by RD (Anil Kapoor) introduces the four main characters: Ranvir Singh (Saif Ali Khan) who runs a successful business he inherited from his father. His younger brother Rajiv Singh (Akshaye Khanna) who mooches off of Ranvir and is an alcoholic. Ranvir is dating an upcoming model Sonia (Bipasha Basu), while his personal assistant Sophia (Katrina Kaif) appears to be secretly in love with him. Ranvir is also involved in an intense competition with a rival horse-owner Kabir (Dilip Tahil). The film opens with a murder plot involving a car accident which Ranvir narrowly survives. When Ranvir loses money in a race because his jockey had been bribed by Kabir, Ranvir plants a bomb in the jockey's car and kills him, showing Ranvir to be a ruthless businessman.

Paramvir Singh (Sunny Deol) is a Non-resident Indian (NRI) living happily with his Canadian wife Mary (Emma Brown Garett) along with his two kids Karam and Veer and his mother (Nafisa Ali) in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
