Synopsis
The scene opens with the Zeus' destruction above Synapse, Tomoki calls for Nymph to return immediately; unfortunately Ikaros responds that Nymph isn't coming. Tomoki commands Ikaros to take him straight to Synapse as the Earth's surface deliberately vanishes. While flying towards Synapse, Ikaros tells Tomoki a story how long ago due to malfunction she was once ordered by a "boy" to attack Synapse out of desperation. Remarking a dying Sugata, Ikaros' body begins burning away because of a device installed within her whenever she approaches Synapse without permission. Having second thoughts, Tomoki orders Ikaros to go back but cannot since there is nowhere else to go to.Actors

The film opens with Tomoki and the rest of the New World Discovery Club in the middle of another unusual, if not typical, situation. A giant chicken, about whom Tomoki apparently forgot, wreaks havoc on Sorami City, so Tomoki, via one of Ikaros' cards, has Sohara grown to giant size to fight the chicken, which she defeats, but then promptly steps on Tomoki for staring up her skirt. The film then switches to Daedalus who explains more about the Angeloids and their history, and then to a scene where an Angel is asleep in a pod. On Earth, Hiyori Kazane, a resident of Sorami City and the film's main heroine, introduces herself and explains how she met and fell in love with Tomoki, while also narrating about how she took part in several events from the two previous anime seasons, all the while observing Tomoki and his friends, and even becoming acquainted with most of them.

Shortly after entering high school, Konoha Inoue (Miyu Irino) is recruited into the literature club by Tohko Amano (Kana Hanazawa), the president and sole member of the club, after he witnesses her ripping out a page of a book and eating it. Instead of eating actual food, Tohko can only eat stories by consuming the paper they are printed on. Konoha spends his days after school writing short stories for Tohko as "snacks". Tohko had previously set up a birdhouse on the school grounds so anyone could ask the literature club to help them in matters of love by submitting letters. Tohko and Konoha find a piece of paper in the birdhouse one day, but there is only a childish illustration on it. Tohko recognizes the drawing to be from the original manuscript of Kenji Miyazawa's poem "Songs of a Defeated Young Man". When Tohko finds the same image in the birdhouse five days in a row, they decide to stake out the scene at night, and they find Chia Takeda (Aki Toyosaki), a friend of Konoha's classmate Nanase Kotobuki (Nana Mizuki). She tells Konoha that the pictures are from Miu Asakura (Aya Hirano).

Set after Oblivion Recorder, a new spate of ferocious murders has caught the eye of both Shiki and Daisuke, Mikiya’s cousin who investigated the murders before. Shiki wanders the back alleys of the business district, searching for the murderer and avoiding attacks by local thugs while Mikiya becomes more and more worried about her, beginning his own investigation that takes him down a path populated by drug pushers and prostitutes. Flashback to the second movie, Mikiya is about to get killed by SHIKI but Soren Araya intervenes. SHIKI responds to this attacking Soren but only wounding him with a head cut. Araya says who really she was and the punishment she had done to him is to meet at the spiral of conflict (Fujino, Fujo, Shirazumi). SHIKI teriffied ran away and Mikiya follows. Mikiya caught her and makes a brief talk. SHIKI said something and again runs into the road to commit suicide by an incoming car. Mikiya runs to save her but is too late. Present time...the perpetrator, Lio Shirazumi, finds Shiki first but loses an arm in the resulting scuffle; retreating, he discovers Mikiya in his apartment which has become a madman’s shrine to Shiki. Shiki finds Lio's hideout and Lio was waiting for her. Shiki and Lio battled with knives until Shiki got the upper hand. Shiki is about to kill Lio when suddenly her memories came back due to Kurogiri's magic. Due to that pause, she was captured and tortured by Lio, still struggling with murderous urges, her salvation relies on Mikiya who may fall to Lio’s uncontrollable cravings. Shiki remembers what SHIKI said at the second film. SHIKI's reason for committing suicide was to protect SHIKI's and Shiki's of having a normal life with Mikiya. Also Shiki remembers her grandfather's last words to her that she could kill at least once in order to die as a human. In contrast, his grandfather killed so many people and killing him or himself makes him inhuman so he meet his end in a dark void. Mikiya comes to the scene however cannot go in the building because the front door was locked. He decides to get through by breaking one of the windows. He got in but was ambushed and clubbed by Lio. Lio begins to torture Mikiya by crushing his left leg and talks with Mikiya. He told Mikiya that Araya bestows to him the abandoned building filled with marijuana plants. He poisons Mikiya by him forcing to swallow a lethal dose of an illegal drug, that gives Mikiya a slow death. He gives Mikiya a chance to live by giving him a Bloodchip, a drug that would cause him to lose sanity after a few doses. Mikiya refuses Lio twice and he told him that he himself enjoyed being normal while he was weirdo for he was not fit being a serial manic. In other words, he was a complete opposite of Shiki. In a fit of anger, Lio slices through his left eye and Mikiya faints out. Lio leaves Mikiya dying and resumes torturing Shiki. Unfortunately, Shiki was able to get herself out by cutting her left thumb and begin to leave Lio. But Lio announces that Mikiya is right here. Realizing Mikiya died, Shiki turns back and decides to have a showdown against Lio. While being attacked and injured, Shiki thinks about Mikiya and her dreamy days with him. Then, she snaps back and uses her 'Mystic Eyes of Death Perception' skill, cutting Lio into pieces. Meanwhile, Mikiya survives and crawls until finds Shiki lying on the floor. Shiki was guilty of her sin and felt she would lose everything. Mikiya answered that he does not care and he said "I'll bear your sins in my place." (lines from movie3). He through himself from the day first Shiki smiled (movie 3) he will be always on her side forever. He ironically said the committed sin was wrong but it can't be prevented and he would not forgive her with no excuse. Then he picked up wounded Shiki in his arms and gave her a hug and said "Shiki, I won't let you go." Shiki cries joyfully and Mikiya hugs tight.

The movie starts off with an introduction from Kokuto Azaka on who she is and how she plans to win Mikiya over as her lover despite the presence of a dangerous woman named Ryogi Shiki. Afterwards, Shiki is sent to Azaka's school, the Reien Academy during winter break in order to help investigate a series of reports of fairies stealing the student's memories, and a suspicious suicide. The two immediately clash as Azaka is in love with her brother (Mikiya) and considers Shiki a love rival. While walking around the school, Shiki notices a fairy, and chases after it. Azaka who cannot see the fairies, is left alone and is attacked by an unknown person and has her memory stolen, only waking up in the evening with no memory of what has occurred. They discover the magus using the fairies is trying to erase everyone's memories of the event, but the school has a written record of the investigation. Azaka goes alone to check out the suicide site in the old building, as Shiki does not want to wake up this early. While there, Oji finds her and requests that Azaka pray with her in the chapel, after praying, she reveal she is the one using the fairies to erase everyone's memories, and tries to erase Azaka's memory, and that she killed Hideo Hayama (the teacher who went missing) and used his body to create the fairies (as you need a corpse of some kind to create a familiar). Azaka is knocked unconscious from behind by one of the fairies, but she retains her memory and is found by Satsuki Kurogiri, the teacher replacing Hideo Hayama.

Following the incident in the second movie, Shiki is being carried by ambulance to a hospital where she lies in coma (the cause will be revealed in the final movie). Mikiya visits her very frequently, leaving rose bouquets which garner him praises by the nurses for his commitment to visit Shiki all this time. Time passes, and Mikiya graduates from high school and then meets Toko Aozaki in a doll exhibition, who then hires him.

The Mystery Machine is driving through the Sonoran Desert. A sandstorm comes up and Shaggy Rogers makes a wrong turn onto government property. Seeing a UFO causes Shaggy to lose control of the vehicle and the gang find themselves on the outskirts of a small town. While Scooby-Doo and Shaggy stay with the van the rest of the gang enters a local diner to get directions. Shaggy and Scooby then see a mythical animal called a jackalope. After stopping a group of Vizorium smugglers, the Lovely Angels (more commonly known as the Dirty Pair) are sent on a mission to Agerna, a planet rich with Vizorium, a mineral necessary to space travel. They are sent to stop the mysterious attacks on mining operations that have the governments of the world pointing fingers and blaming each other. While investigating they end up taking a break from their investigation and take bubble baths when Carson D. Carson, a former member of the group of smugglers they stopped on their last mission interrupts their bath time by falling through a vent. While the ladies get out of the bathtubs and question Carson they are attacked by strange alien monsters that force the Pair to flee leaving their equipment behind wearing nothing but towels. The Dirty Pair are forced to ally with Carson to stop Dr. Wattsman, a mad scientist bent on taking a long dormant alien race to its final evolutionary form? After being captured by Dr. Wattsman it is revealed that Carson was really after obtaining a rare World War II-vintage wine. Carson D. Carson is forced to take on Bruno, Dr. Wattmans servant. While badly wounded, Carson D. Carson does not die in the end (although Kei was afraid he had), and the movie ends on a happy note, with the Dirty Pair and Carson flying off with the doctor and servant in custody. Of course, this wouldn't be Dirty Pair without a major disaster. The doctor's equipment was activated and Sadingas all over the planet were awakened, wreaking havoc.
