I Love You is a 2005 Oriya film directed by Hara Patnaik.
This film is a remake of 1999 blockbuster Tamil film Thulladha Manamum Thullum which starred Vijay and Simran in lead roles.
Synopsis
The story revolves round the affair of the two teenagers without actually meeting each other. It is the gifted voice of the boy that makes the girl fall in love with him. But when she meets him later, coincidences cause hate in her for the singer. And finally, it is the magic of music that unites them. Raghu a revolutionary village youth leads the village to confront against the fishing company. One fishing company manager Sricharan tries to demoralize & divide the unity of fisher-folk. But the revolution starts with pace. While Sricharan tries to escape from the scene, the villagers thrown him up in the Chilika lake. Raghu, has a love interest with a village girl Padma, but he is not allowed to marry her as she belongs to other caste. At last dejected Raghu hands over the revolution torch to Jadu and leaves with Padma rowing through the lake Chilika in search of new world.
