It was produced by Filmirage in Bracciano, 30 kilometres (19 mi) northwest of Rome, and is set in a post-apocalyptic future.
The film is plagued by a shoe-string budget, amateurish filming, editing, audio dubbing, terrible acting and dialog. The film was distributed worldwide in VHS format by Trans World Entertainment and Star Classics Video (USA only).
Synopsis
A supernaturally gifted monk, "Panasonic" (Kiro Wehara), is sent on a mission by his dying master, "General Electric," to to protect the Interzone, the last fertile region left on a post-apocalyptic Earth, against an invading gang of wasteland raiders.Actors

Wheelchair-bound drug baron Peter Loomis (Patrick Stewart) has his $400 million drug fortune stolen in South America by his errand boy Carlos, who stashed the fortune on an undisclosed boat in an undisclosed harbor. The movie follows the story of Jack Lerolland (Lambert) and his friends and family going for a short country trip. Along the way they are harassed by gangs of murders, led by maniac Cliff (Sheffer). When Cliff kills Jack's brother in a car crash, this is the start of the chain of events which will terrorize the group. Jack is supposedly killed next and the other members of his group are taken to the gangs hideout, with the female members of the group being molested. Meanwhile, Jack is revived and is able to travel to a police station. There he is tricked into a cell and is told to wait there, while the on-duty officer goes to check out the hideout. There, Jack meets Cliff's brother. A police officer later arrives at the hideout and is shot dead by a surprised Cliff. After this incident, Cliff becomes suspicious of some of his gang members and kills one of them. At the station, Jack and Cliff's brother breakout and are about. Jack is again tricked, this time by Cliff's brother, into waiting at the station, while he takes away the police car. Jack subsequently takes another car and reaches the hideout and frees his friends and family.

Ellen Carson (Yasmine Bleeth) is a real estate agent who inadvertently cuts off a delivery truck driver while changing lanes on the freeway to hurry home. The truck driver turns out to be a disturbed man named Eddie Madden (Jere Burns), who proceeds to chase after Ellen in an effort to run her off the road. Ellen in fear calls the 1-800 number on the back of his truck and lodges a complaint, which causes Eddie to lose his job, and he (being a grieving husband and father who earlier lost his family to a car accident) sets out to destroy Ellen's family and soon becomes fixated on Ellen and her teenage stepdaughter Cynthia (Alana Austin) and plots to have them as replacement family, by removing the head of the house, Ellen's husband and Cynthia's father Jim Carson (John Wesley Shipp).
