Leading an expedition in Thuringia, Germany, Kousei Kougami was unearthing the resting place of one of the First OOO's alchemist to obtain legendary Lost Medals. However, upon the seal being undone, millions of Cell Medals erupt into a tower while creating a magical barrier that causes it the entire sit to flip over to Japan. This attracts Eiji Hino's attention as he and Ankh investigate. Arriving as Knights emerge from the tower after it dragged Kougami and Erika Satonaka in, Akira Date arrives as Eiji and him become Kamen Riders OOO and Birth to battle the Knights. The fight eventually attracts the other Greeds' attention before a new figure arrives and takes the Core Medals from all sides. Attempting to kill a boy that Kamen Rider OOO saves, the figure revealing his intent to become the New OOO of a new world before taking the Taka Medal and forcing everyone out with a barrier set up. Taking the boy to the Cous Coussier and learning his name to be Shun Wakaba, Eiji asks the boy why he was there before Shintaro Goto reveals their enemy to be known as Gara, one of the alchemists who created the Core Medals. Following Ankh when he senses something like Gara, Eiji and company find a strange girl called Belle as she presents 5 million yen to obtain Cell Medals from those she tricks so Gara can use the weight of human desire to execute his doomsday plan., 1h6

A transaction meeting Gamou was to have with Foundation X goes awry when a mysterious woman named Inga Blink steals replica Horoscopes Switches for space warfare. Telling Hayami and Tatsugami not to pursue, Gamou tells them they will have the Kamen Rider Club deal with her. At Amanogawa High School, Mr. Ohsugi takes Gentaro, Yuki, Kengo, and Ryusei out of computer class and takes them to the Rabbit Hatch to meet up with the rest of Kamen Rider Club. There, they meet a strange lady named Shizuka Shirayama who is a member of OSTO Legacy and requests the Club's assistance. Argeeing to help, the Kamen Rider Club members are taken into a bus and blindfolded for security reasons. But on the way, they are attacked by a robot named Black Knight. Transforming to hold the pursuing Black Knight at bay, Kamen Rider Fourze battles the attacker while Ryusei and the others find themselves boarded by Inga Blink who Ryusei fights while getting her out of the bus. However, Inga destroys the accompanying van to blocks the road while wounding Ryusei with a one-inch punch. After picking up the T2 Gaia Memories from fellow Foundation X agent Jun Kazu, Tabata leaves Futo via an Apache helicopter to his group's base of operations. Unbeknownst to him, he is being tailed by a Hercules cargo plane before a young man leaps out of it and into the helicopter. The man takes the briefcase and uses the T2 Gaia Memory with the letter E to transform into a caped Kamen Rider as Tabata activates the suitcase's self-destruction function. Surviving the blast as it causes the helicopter to explode, the rider lands back in cargo plane where his accomplices are waiting as the other 25 T2 Gaia Memories to rain down on Futo. On April 1, 2011, Kamen Rider OOO finds himself battling three Mole Imagin, unaware they are Imagin until Ankh arrives to confirm that the monsters are not Yummies. The three Imagin see a boy and jump into him to escape into time before the DenLiner suddenly appears. Kotaro Nogami and Teddy emerge from the train to pinpoint the Mole Imagin's destination to be November 11, 1971, confused on how the boy's memories exceed that far in time.
