Kis Kis Ki Kismat is a 2004 Bollywood sex comedy film directed by Govind Menon starring Dharmendra and Mallika Sherawat. Supporting roles were played by Satish Shah, Tinnu Anand, Jagdeep, Viju Khote, Dinesh Hingoo and Shivaji Satam. Tamil composer D. Imman composed the music, making his Bollywood debut. The film received negative reviews.

Arjun Singh (Dharmendra) is a dare -devil upright cop who believes in dealing strongly with criminals. D.I.G.Khan (Shammi Kapoor) does not agree with his ways and there is always a disagreement between the two. Arjun is sent on a special mission to Shanti Nagar which in under the police scanner due to some shady activities going on there. On reaching Shanti Nagar, Arjun sees that it is ruled by a wealthy businessman, Deen Bandhu Deena Nath aka D.B.D.N., who has very high contacts. He has terrorised the town with the help of his convoy of uniformed men who kill the citizens at will. Arjun realises that D.B.D.N is none other than Mangal Singh, the corrupt police officer who had killed Arjun's father (Parikshit Sahni) when Arjun was a child. Arjun gets thirsty for D.B.D.N's blood but is stopped by D.I.G Khan. But when D.B.D.N kills Arjun's young son (Jugal Hansraj), Arjun with the help of D.I.G Khan sets out to overturn the evil rule (Hukumat) of D.

Anand Mathur lives a middle-class lifestyle along with his sister, Asha, and retired Magistrate and widower dad in Bombay's suburbs and studies in Mithibai College of Arts. He wins the college annual day singing competition, angering his nearest rival, Rama Kumar. He subsequently comes to know that Asha is in love with Rama's brother, Vinod, and arranges their marriage. After the marriage, he finds out that Vinod, Rama and their aunt, Leela, had expected a huge dowry, and on receiving none have now started putting pressure on Asha to get some money and a fridge. Anand arranges for money and gets them a fridge. Vinod and his family then start to create misunderstandings between Asha and Anand albeit in vain. Vinod becomes more and more greedy and possessive about Asha and refuses to permit her to see her dad and brother. When Anand's dad passes away, Vinod manages to get a motorcycle from Anand but continues to create a barrier between brother and sister, so much so that Asha is convinced that Anand is up to no good. Then one day they get the news that Anand has embezzled money from his employer, Vijaya Bank, Santa Cruz Branch. Subsequently they learn that while absconding, Anand has met with a fatal accident. Quite unknown to them Anand is very much alive and with the help of wealthy smuggler, Kailashnath Rana, whose life he saved, is now masquerading as Rana himself, has befriended and seduced Rama, got married to her and is all set to avenge his humiliation at Vinod's hands. Before he could complete his vendetta, he is abducted by Kailashnath's arch-enemy, A.P. Lall, and held until Kailashnath himself comes to negotiate his release. Will Kailashnath negotiate with A.

Rukmini (Rekha) is well into her 40s and still unmarried. Raja (N.T.Rama Rao), a young lawyer who starts his practice and wins his first case. He is the son of a big shot Sasibhushan Rao (Jaggayya) and brother of Padma (Jayalakshmi). Padma falls in love with Kishore (Chiranjeevi) who is a singer playing guitar at local clubs. Sasibhushan Rao does not accept their love and insult Kishore for his poverty. Padma attempts suicide by consuming sleeping pills but her brother Raja saves her on time and performs her marriage with Kishore during the absence of their father. Their father gets angry at them but excuses his daughter and gets close to them when she gives birth to a kid. Raja on the other hand keeps meeting a girl, Seeta (Rati Agnihotri) and her uncle Donga Ramudu (Allu Ramalingaiah), who cheat people for money. He tries to reform them and employs them in his own office. In an unexpected incident, Raja realises that his father was related to a smuggling gang who deals with gold and diamonds. His father is killed but does not reveal anything about the gang. Raja meets Nangulu (Satyanarayana) who was once helped by his father and tries to take his advice in bursting the gang. In his attempts he is shocked to know that Kishore is involved with the gang. He warns Kishore to quit this and help him to trace their boss. Kishore doesn’t listen to him but when his boss kidnaps his kid and asks him to kill Raja, Kishore understands where he is standing and decides to turn in favour of his brother-in-law. Both heroes cheat the gang and enter their den to realise that their boss is none other than Nangulu, who was acting all the way by being on Rajasekhar’s side. The movie ends with the heroes fighting the gang out and saving Kishore’s child.
