The film, directed by James Mangold, is Cruise and Diaz's second on-screen collaboration following the 2001 film Vanilla Sky. Diaz plays June Havens, a classic car restorer who unwittingly gets caught up with the eccentric secret agent Roy Miller, played by Cruise, who is on the run from the CIA.
The film's investors offset funding costs by paying Cruise a lower advance fee and providing him a share of revenue only after the financiers were repaid their investment in the production. Filming took place in several locations, mainly in several cities located in Massachusetts, while other scenes were filmed in Spain and parts of Austria.
Knight and Day was released in the United States on June 24, 2010. The film received mixed reviews from film critics and was a success at the box office, grossing over $261 million worldwide.
The film was officially remade in Bollywood with Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles titled Bang Bang! and released on 2 October 2014.
Synopsis
After colliding with Miller twice in the airport departure terminal on the way home from Wichita to pick up car parts, Havens is told she has been bumped to a later flight. C.I.A. Agent John Fitzgerald (Peter Sarsgaard), believing Havens is working with Miller, puts her back on the plane. Completely taken with Miller, Havens goes to the restroom to prep herself up. Meanwhile, Miller fights and kills everyone else on the plane, even the pilots, who were all agents sent by Fitzgerald. After Havens reemerges and gives him a kiss, Miller crash-lands the plane in a cornfield. He drugs a shocked and confused Havens, warning her about the agents who will come after her and that she is not safe with them.Actors

The film begins with Tyler (Patrick Probst) and little brother Logan (Leo Howard) at the movie theater watching a brand new action film, that Tyler thinks was amazing, while Logan thinks it was bad and had no content. Then Logan tells Tyler about his plans to make a movie. Tyler says that he can make a movie. Then, while looking for actors, and crew workers, he faces rejection from his peers at school and his careless parents at home. Then Logan turns to the one he can always count on- Tyler. But when Tyler gets mad at Logan because of a misunderstanding about losing his jacket for his concert, Tyler tells Logan that the movie was a stupid idea, and that it was so bad he couldn't even finish reading it. He tells Logan, "you're only doing this for the attention anyway. It's not worth it. You're never gonna finish it, Logan". Then, while the parents are out and Tyler is at his band concert, Logan does what Tyler never thought he would- he tries to hang himself. Tyler comes up after getting angry at his orchestra leader, he looks all over the house trying to find Logan- and when he does, he is hanging from a tree in the backyard. Logan lives but if Tyler was two minutes late, he would have been brain dead. Although Tyler tries to get through the tragedy with the help of his friends, Ben (Booboo Stewart) and Carlie (Nicole Cummins), he just cannot. At the turn of the unexpected tragedy, the brothers' relationship is altered forever and Tyler is challenged to do whatever it takes to see his little brother's project succeed, even if that means risking it all.

Au début des années 1960, la Ford Motor Company connait des problèmes financiers. Henry Ford II met alors la pression à ses employés pour trouver des solutions. Lee Iacocca suggère alors de relancer la marque dans l'univers de la compétition automobile. Il est alors envisagé que Ford rachète Ferrari. Mais la rencontre avec Enzo Ferrari tourne au fiasco et c'est finalement Fiat qui signe l'accord. Le « Commendatore » est même très insultant envers la marque américaine et son patron, Henry Ford II. Ce dernier, piqué au vif, en fait une affaire personnelle. Ford décide alors de faire appel à Carroll Shelby, le seul américain vainqueur des 24 Heures du Mans (en 1959). Il est chargé de construire une voiture capable d'anéantir la suprématie de Ferrari pour les 24 Heures du Mans 1966. Carroll Shelby va ainsi développer la Ford GT40 Mk II avec l'aide de Ken Miles, un pilote au caractère bien trempé qui ne plait pas trop au sein de Ford.

Shrek and Fiona return from their honeymoon to find they have been invited by Fiona's parents to a royal ball to celebrate their marriage, an event Shrek is reluctant to participate in. Stanley Ipkiss is a shy and unlucky bank clerk working at the local Edge City bank. "Once, long ago", the ancient Lord of Darkness (Tim Curry) laments his isolation in the shadows before sensing the presence of two unicorns who safeguard the Power of Light; where upon Darkness instructs Blix (Alice Playten) and his fellow goblins to kill the unicorns and bring him their horns to free himself. Meanwhile, Princess Lily (Mia Sara) goes alone to the forest to meet her friend Jack (Tom Cruise), a forest dweller who teaches her the languages of animals before showing her the unicorns. Against Jack's pleas, Lili approaches the stallion before the unicorn is hit by a poisoned dart from Blix's blowpipe. The unicorns bolt, and Lily makes light of Jack's fears and sets him a challenge by throwing her ring into a pond, declaring that she will marry whoever finds it, and Jack at once dives into the pond. As the stallion dies from the poison with the goblins taking his horn, the forest and the pond freeze, with Lily running off in terror before Jack can break free. Taking refuge in a frozen cottage, Lily overhears the goblins ordered to hunt down the mare.
