Kung Fu Zombie is a 1981 Hong Kong martial arts film written and directed by Hwa I Hung. It stars Billy Chong as a martial artist who must fight supernatural foes.
Synopsis
Pang, a martial artist, foils a robbery and sends Lu Dai thug to jail. Desiring revenge, Lu returns to the town and hires a Wu Lung, a Taoist priest, to raise several zombies to fight Pang. The plan backfires when Lu is killed by his own trap. His ghost then haunts the priest and demands to be resurrected. Kwan Wei Long, a serial killer, enters the town, looking to duel with Pang, who defeats him. Happy to find a suitable corpse, Wu Lung attempts to put Lu's spirit into Long's body. Long, however, is so evil that he is reanimated as a free-willed vampire. When Pang's father dies, the priest uses his corpse to host Lu's spirit, but the ceremony is interrupted, and the thug and Pang's father share control the body. Pang must now defeat the vampire and his father's possessed corpse.Comments

Ace, a wannabe rock star, is on his way to a concert of the band Guitar Wolf when space aliens invade the Earth. Enlisting the help of his rock 'n roll blood brother Guitar Wolf, Ace and the members of the band get entangled in many misadventures with crazy rock managers in very tight shorts, transsexuals, naked women shooting guns in the shower, and bloodthirsty zombies ready to tear them apart. Leather jackets, loud over-modulated music, laser guitar picks, motorcycles, guns, muscle cars, and fire abound. Guitar Wolf, a Japanese trio signed to Matador Records in the US—and self-proclaimed coolest rock band in the world—star as the well-coiffed heroes. It is also a love story, between Ace and Tobio, a trans woman.

Martin and his friends draw the ire of Nazi zombies after unwittingly taking their gold. When Martin is bitten on the arm, he removes the infected arm with a chainsaw. After returning their gold to the Nazi zombies, Martin realizes he forgot a coin. The zombies chase after him, and their commander, Herzog, tenaciously holds on to Martin's car as he flees. An oncoming truck slices off Herzog's arm, which remains in the car with Martin. After Martin is involved in an accident, he wakes in a hospital. The police disbelieve his wild stories about zombies and charge him with the murder of his friends. To his horror, Martin finds that a surgeon has attached Herzog's arm to his stump. The zombie arm goes berserk and attacks everyone within reach. After Martin kills several people against his will, he is sedated and strapped tightly to the bed.

The film opens a year after the previous film with Charles Garrison (Peter Coyote) arriving at a mortuary with one of the canisters of Trioxin that he salvaged from the previous movie. He is greeted by a team of Russian government officials whose goal is to destroy the last of the canisters to avoid another incident like that of what happened in Necropolis. Nevertheless, one of them sprays three corpses with the gas, and revives three corpses. Charles, is killed during the incident along with the mortuary owner and one of the government officials.

The film opens up with Ginko, a stripper, trying to escape a horde of zombies inside an abandoned spa resort. As soon as she is cornered by a horde of zombies, fellow stripper Lena Jodo (played by Sola Aoi ) arrives to kill the zombies with a chainsaw. During the attack, the chainsaw stops working and Lena is about to be killed by the zombies, only to be saved after Ginko fends them off with a katana. Lena is eventually successful at getting the chainsaw to work and begins to fend off the remaining zombies.

Ex-bounty hunters Argenta and Shahrokh discover that a wave of murders is the work of zombies. Shishioh, a popular and successful professional wrestler, builds a large mansion for his wife Asami and their kids. During the housewarming party, Ichijo, an angry competitor, causes a riot that destroys the house. Asami is hospitalized, where she contracts a rare virus that slowly transforms her into a mermaid. Desperate for money to finance his new house and find a cure for Asami, Shishioh agrees to a reality TV show in which he wrestles several competitors in a haunted house. His opponents turn out to be homicidal killers and include a zombie among them. Eventually, Shishioh learns that the television producer infected Asami with an experimental virus in order to get him to compete.
