Synopsis
À cause de la réplique de la tour Eiffel sur le toit de l'usine locale, Kleinstadt ("Petite ville" en allemand) est surnommé "Little Paris". Luna, 23 ans, qui a grandi après la mort de sa mère avec sa tante Pat, un personnage peu conventionnel, travaille à l'usine. Elle donne bénévolement des cours de danse aux enfants et rêve d'une carrière de danseuse. Un concours de danse, dont la récompense est la participation à un clip, amène les danseurs de la "grande ville" et leurs styles de danse à Kleinstadt. Luna fait la connaissance de G qui lui donne des leçons. G la motive à participer au concours et à changer de vie radicalement. Luna se sépare de son petit copain Ron, sa tante Pat et ses amies Eve et Barbie. Elle quitte Little Paris pour aller à Berlin avec G. Luna va jusqu'à la finale du concours où elle perd. Mais son chemin vers la gloire la mène à New York.Actors

Annika est stagiaire depuis longtemps au sein de la maison de disques "GrandMusic", où elle travaille dans les relations avec la presse avec l'odieuse Cora. Elle gonfle son cv en faisant croire qu'elle parle couramment le finlandais. Enfin, elle a une chance d'avoir un CDI. Pour la mettre à l'épreuve, elle doit préparer "Ripili", un boys band finlandais, à un grand concours de talents en Allemagne. Mais à l'aéroport, Annika reçoit "Rypeli", un groupe de death metal très mauvais : elle n'a pas compris l'agent finlandais au téléphone. Annika ne peut et ne veut pas renoncer, car son poste de productrice dépend de la victoire à ce concours. Lors de la première répétition, il devient rapidement évident qu'il sera très difficile de préparer le groupe pour ce concours. Les garçons ont néanmoins aussi leur "bon" côté - Annika comprend ce que l'agent voulait dire par "diamant brut". Cependant elle fait en sorte pour que son patron ne rencontre pas les trois Finlandais. Les membres du groupe apprennent à jouer ensemble. Mais une dispute éclate lorsque Matti, le chanteur du groupe, s'essouffle et ne peut plus chanter. Auparavant il avait déjà perdu un concours. Annika amène Matti chez un médecin qui lui diagnostique de l'asthme. Aussitôt Erkki, le bassiste, est nommé chanteur.

Set in 2004, the film revolves around three young anti-capitalist activists in Berlin's city centre: Jule (Julia Jentsch), her boyfriend Peter (Stipe Erceg) and his best friend Jan (Daniel Brühl). Jule is a waitress struggling to pay off a €100,000 debt she incurred a year ago when she crashed into a Mercedes-Benz S-Class belonging to a wealthy businessman named Hardenberg (Burghart Klaußner). After her eviction for non-payment of rent she moves in with Peter and Jan, who are often out all night. While Peter is in Barcelona, Jan tells Jule that he and Peter spend their nights "educating" upper-class people by breaking into their houses, moving furniture around and leaving notes saying "die fetten Jahre sind vorbei" ("the days of plenty are over") or "Sie haben zu viel Geld" ("you have too much money").
