Chuck Norris also starred in the film, with Eddie Cibrian and Chuck Norris. Despite a popular misconception, the film has no connection to either Logan's Run or Blood In Blood Out.
Synopsis
Logan's War : La colère du tueur : Logan Fallon, un petit garçon âgé de 10 ans, est témoin de l'assassinat barbare de ses parents. Bouleversé, il se jure alors de venger leur mort quand il sera adulte... Quinze ans plus tard, ayant développé des talents dans la pratique des arts martiaux sous la tutelle de son oncle, Jake Falcon, Logan décide enfin d'accomplir sa terrible mission. En se faisant passer pour un tueur à gages, il parvient rapidement à infiltrer le milieu du crime de Chicago et à gagner, bientôt, la confiance de l'homme qui avait commandité l'assassinat de ses parents, le redoutable Albert Talgorno. The film begins deep in the Carpathian Mountains of Romania during the Cold War, where a group of Russian and British explorers are searching for a long-lost 13th-century abbey. As they venture inside and below the church, they make a startling discovery: the abbey is built over the entrance to a vast subterranean cave system. When they try to blast their way in, they cause a landslide that buries the abbey and the men are trapped in the cave below it. Once they recover, they continue on into the cave without a choice in hopes of finding a way out, but as they do, they hear strange sounds coming from the darkness.

Jux Jonas (Mike Norris) is a man whose faith in God hangs by a thread. His daughter was hit and killed by a car, and he's spent the last few years "tearing through life", not wanting to face the pain and return to his faith. Danny O'Brien (Chuck Norris) is a cop who likes to work alone that never waits for his back up. In L.A. he is trying to apprehend the notorious Simon Moon (Jack O'Halloran), also known as The Terror. Simon has been killing women by snapping their necks and taking them to his lair in an abandoned movie theater. O'Brien is attacked by Simon who almost kills him in the struggle. When the killer flees the scene and climbs up a ladder he slips and falls, knocking himself unconscious.
