Synopsis
Wang Seong-ki is a male obstetrician/gynecologist and Gil Sin-seol is a female urologist. Handsome Seong-ki is loved by all his female patients, but he secretly struggles with impotence after he fails to deliver a baby via Caesarean section. Meanwhile, the equally attractive Sin-seol is an expert on men's bodies, but is actually a virgin with an abysmal dating history. When Seong-ki opens his clinic on the same floor in the same building as Sin-seol's clinic, the two romantically-challenged doctors begin to constantly bump into each other and bicker.Actors

Two brothers have different interests; Dae-jun (Lee Byung-hun) loves car racing, while Ho-jun (Lee Eol) loves carpentry, art and gardening. Despite their differences, the two brothers are very close. Ho-jun marries his girlfriend, Eun-soo (Lee Mi-yeon). Dae-jun decides to take part in a car race even though his brother, who is concerned for his safety, asks him not to do that particular race. Korean gangster Han Ki-Chul (Lee Beom-soo) is put in charge by his Big Boss of looking after Lim Aryong (Shu Qi) who comes from Hong Kong. They expect Lim Aryong to be some big male gangster but she turns out to be a woman and acts very cold toward him and his associates. Moreover none of them speak her language and she doesn't understand Korean. A translator called Yeon-Hee (Hyun Young) arrives. She is immature and very scared of the gangsters so at the beginning, instead of translating Aryong's rather rude answers, she changes them to nice ones. Quickly, Aryong shows her fighting skills beating other bosses to save her companions. Ki-Chul and his associates who are rather unskilled, are impressed and become afraid of her while, upon finding that they are actually nice, she's trying to be more friendly. Her efforts are ruined by Yeon-Hee who, taking advantage of Aryoung's aura, 'translates' very threatening sentences.
