Synopsis
After failing sentimentally, with his family and at school, Bahta, a 25 years old breakdancer, feels down and, due to the Iraq war, reconsiders his clandestine escape. A rebel and disobedient by nature, the leader of a little breakdancer band, accomplishes many fearless deeds provoking the police’s anger. Wanted, he falls in with fundamentalists. L'histoire se déroule en Tunisie, en janvier 2011. Deux jeunes cousines, Zaineb, 21 ans, et Aïcha, 27 ans, solidaires de la rébellion populaire enclenchée dans leur pays, luttent également pour affirmer leur indépendance et réaliser leurs aspirations. Brahim, le fiancé de Zaineb, entrepreneur en France, souhaiterait se marier avec elle et rentrer à Nice où il vit. Mais il voudrait également que sa future épouse porte le voile. La mère de Zaineb le soutient. Aïcha, profondément musulmane, est pour sa part voilée. Elle assume seule la charge de ses sœurs et de son grand-père. Hamza, militant islamiste radical, récemment évadé de prison, aime Aïcha et voudrait se marier avec elle.

A group of radicalised young British Muslim men aspire to be suicide bombers. They are Omar (Riz Ahmed), who is deeply critical of Western society and imperialism; his dim-witted friend, Waj (Kayvan Novak); Barry (Nigel Lindsay), a bad-tempered and extremely rash white convert to Islam; and the naive Faisal (Adeel Akhtar), who tries to train crows to be used as bombers. While Omar and Waj go to a terrorist training camp in Pakistan, Barry recruits a reluctant fifth member, Hassan (Arsher Ali). The visit to the training camp ends in disaster, with Omar misfiring a rocket backwards that kills fellow jihadists; however, he uses the experience to assert authority on his return to Britain.

Le film est une suite officieuse de 1975 films Wehshi Jatt. Wehshi Jatt soi a été inspiré par un Urdu jouer "Gandasa" écrit par Ahmed Nadeem Qasmi qui représente une querelle sanglante à Gujranwala contre la toile de fond du Punjab rural. Après le règlement de la querelle de famille de Maula dans Wehshi Jatt, Maula a renoncé à la violence et est chargée de l'administration de la paix de son village et des villages environnants. Le film commence par Makha Natt chassant une fille à travers les villages. Elle demande de l'aide, mais dès que les gens entendent qu'elle est poursuivi par Makha, le frère de Noori Natt ils lui demandent de partir et de ne pas partager son malheur avec eux. Elle arrive dans le village de Maula et est abritée par la sœur de Maula in-law Taani. Maula Jatt arrive et décrète que si Makha veut éviter le sort d'être tué par son 'Gandasa' il doit épouser la fille très, il a déshonoré et également épouser sa sœur hors du frère de la jeune fille. La jeune fille n'a pas de famille afin Maula ordonne Makha d'épouser sa sœur à son ami Moodha. Lorsque Makha retourne à la maison pour tracer sa vengeance, sa sœur Daro furieux en entendant ce qu'il a accepté de le tue. Le clan Natt maintenant essayer de venger l'humiliation que Maula Jutt leur a causé tout Maula Jutt essaie de veiller à ce que sa décision est appliquée et la justice est donnée.

10 years after a global economic collapse that caused worldwide turmoil, the Australian outback is a lawless wasteland, crime and poverty are common and small military units patrol the outback attempting to maintain what little law and order are left. When they cannot maneuver the truck out of debris, they abandon it, and Archie steals the car belonging to mysterious loner Eric (Guy Pearce). Eric manages to free the truck and follows them. After a brief chase, Archie stops and Eric confronts them. When Eric tries to attack Archie, Henry knocks him unconscious with a shotgun.

The Irish American fraternal twin brothers, Connor and Murphy MacManus, attend a Catholic Mass, where the priest mentions the fate of Kitty Genovese. Later, while celebrating St. Patrick's Day with friends, the two get into a bar brawl with three Russian mobsters who want to close the pub and take over the land it is built on. The two brothers try to reason with the mobsters, but they respond with violence, only to be quickly and embarrassingly dispatched by the brothers and other patrons of the bar. The next morning, two of the Russians seek revenge on Connor and Murphy, who kill the mobsters in an act of self-defense.

The film opens in 1994. Yachine (his real name is Tarek), his violent older brother Hamid, and Yachine's friends Nabil (son of Tamou, a local prostitute and singer), pot-smoking Fouad, and Khalil live in extreme poverty in Sidi Moumen, a shanty town on the edge of Casablanca in Morocco.
